If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never gotten a dirtier look in my life. Walked by and stepped dead in her tracks and stared at me like I killed her family. I’m very disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite spots, now I’m not so sure.

The tall Indian lady who took my order was very rude to me and had a big attitude and took very long to take my order and was standing aroung doing nothing while I was waiting to have my order taken

This is the closest Dunkin to my home and it's on my way to work. I have learned that the convenience of its proximity is still not worth stopping here. There have been multiple times now I have waited in the drive tru for 15-20 minutes. Today after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I waited at the drive thru window for 3 minutes and watched a customer inside complaining about how their drink was made. I drove off. 2 days ago I got an iced coffee here that was so bad I threw it out after 2 sips. I have learned not to order the iced tea here because it always tastes like it was brewed in an uncleaned coffee filter.

I just picked up a cuppa coffee and a muffin. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee and the muffin must’ve been at least minimum of a week maybe two weeks old. It was so terrible I threw the whole thing in the trashcan when I got home. The quality at Duncan is absolutely terrible anymore. Everything you buy there is horrible and the coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee?? I don’t get it? That’s what they’re supposed to do, coffee.
