I just picked up a cuppa coffee and a muffin. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee and the muffin must’ve been at least minimum of a week maybe two weeks old. It was so terrible I threw the whole thing in the trashcan when I got home. The quality at Duncan is absolutely terrible anymore. Everything you buy there is horrible and the coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee?? I don’t get it? That’s what they’re supposed to do, coffee.

Ordered multiple food items and they were cold to the point they obviously never saw inside the toaster/microwave. This was so horrible to have to pay for near frozen food. Not the first time it's happened but it is the last time it will happen to me, as I will not be back and will encourage others to avoid this location. Staff are idiots and cannot even pronounce the names of food in which they sell and I had to say my order multiple times because they were not listening to me.

Place is slow as molasses in the winter time. Then just lock the door in your face and tell you that you have to wait in drive thru cause they don't have enough employees, but they already have customers inside.

Inside was a very dirty and tables were disgusting. Guy at the register rude did not want to be bothered don't think he spoke in English. Drive-thru was wrapped around the building employees yelling at people to get out of the drive-thru line not sure what that was about.

Everytime I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts they take forever and I’m always sitting in line for more than 20 minutes, even when I went inside because the line was too long they took forever to make my coffee and I was the only one inside, they seriously need to either hire more staff or step their sense of urgency up.
