This is the closest Dunkin to my home and it's on my way to work. I have learned that the convenience of its proximity is still not worth stopping here. There have been multiple times now I have waited in the drive tru for 15-20 minutes. Today after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, I waited at the drive thru window for 3 minutes and watched a customer inside complaining about how their drink was made. I drove off. 2 days ago I got an iced coffee here that was so bad I threw it out after 2 sips. I have learned not to order the iced tea here because it always tastes like it was brewed in an uncleaned coffee filter.

Hot large coffee not even filled! 3/4 and took 23 mins since I ordered it! BS the workers didn’t even say nothing to me! Won’t ever go to this location again! And waste of my money when I order a large I want it filled! Bad customer service too

I just picked up a cuppa coffee and a muffin. The coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee and the muffin must’ve been at least minimum of a week maybe two weeks old. It was so terrible I threw the whole thing in the trashcan when I got home. The quality at Duncan is absolutely terrible anymore. Everything you buy there is horrible and the coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee?? I don’t get it? That’s what they’re supposed to do, coffee.

Ordered multiple food items and they were cold to the point they obviously never saw inside the toaster/microwave. This was so horrible to have to pay for near frozen food. Not the first time it's happened but it is the last time it will happen to me, as I will not be back and will encourage others to avoid this location. Staff are idiots and cannot even pronounce the names of food in which they sell and I had to say my order multiple times because they were not listening to me.
