My husband and 8 yo have been waiting for and hour and a half for. Our 20 min order in the lobby! They keep taking orders but have customers waiting this huge amount of time. Will ve going to Willingboro for better service mext time my husband cant even get tue how long question answered. And they arnt wearing gloves

It was 6:00 pm. I visited this location yesterday to grab 3 hot and ready pies. First, there were no hot and ready pies available. I was told 5 minutes. As I waited, every customer was given the same 5 min. wait run around. I bought a 2 liter bottle of soda which rang up $3.29. While waiting for my pizzas, I noticed the printed menu said 2 liter soda was $2.79. When I asked at the counter, the worker first said the additional $.50 was just tax. I showed him my receipt which said tax total was actually $1.21. The worker attempted to come up with an explanation. He said the price that a customer is charged is on the register as per the manager’s decision and not the same as the printed menu. I challenged the ethic of this. Then he added, “Just look up at the screen. Those prices you see aren’t the same as what you will be charged.” He also said at one point that the menu was old. What? No to all the above. I finally told him to keep the $.50. My point was actually honesty. Now in addition, maybe it doesn’t matter, but the food prep employee had no gloves on As he moved freely about the restaurant

They messed my order up 3 times and had me waiting in the store for 30 minutes. Which was very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Overheard the owners talking about how they put almost no tomatoes sauce or garlic sauce on there pizza or bread sticks beacuse it saves them 25 cents. You can tell the quality of food has gone down your basically just eating soggy bread at this point because they want to save 25 cents

The 2 times I've been there so far they are super fast! My extra cheese pizza was a little doughy today but just popped it in the oven for a little longer when I got home.
The pizza wasnt done enough. Their credit card machine down! Awful

Used to be owned by a nice family and recently was bought out by new management. They're incredibly disorganized and unfamiliar with how to run a fast food restaurant. Ordered a pizza over the phone and arrived only to find that they never made my pizza. As of today 1/6/20 I'll be looking for a new Little Ceasars until they get they're act together.
