I went in to get my order, and tell me why they said there was no order placed, I showed them the receipt and the order I placed with the items. And after 10 minutes of fighting with them, they finally said oh we have an order for you. Very disappointed with them.

Placed an order online at 630am via the mobile app. Went to the location and sat in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes, saying hello several times with no response. Looking in the window, no one appears to be here although lights are on and a couple cars in the parking lot. Once I returned home, I called the location several times and received no answer. And good luck trying to cancel on online order via the website. Absolutely no option to do so. UGH! I emailed corporate explanation the same and expected a refund.
Parking: Good grief. If I could leave ZERO star I would but you have to select something before it allows you to submit your answers. I hope there is nothing nefarious happening at this location and employees are safe.

Coffee is always good here but I'm not a fan of chewing on egg shells in my sausage McMuffin. They were throughout the sandwich. Got a couple out that weren't chewed for a pic. Just not feelin it at 7am. I know it's busy but....come on maaaan.

I would like acknowledge the manager of the Delran location for her kindness and hard work. I've lived in Delran for 16 years and this woman has worked at this location for quite some time throughout the past few years (I've never been able to catch her name- usually red dyed hair, pulled back- in her 30's-40's). I became familiar with her during my pregnancy with my daughter in 2023, at which time I was a frequenter at McDonald's for milkshakes & I now continue to stop in for milkshakes for my older children. She is a great leader, as a lot of the employees are younger. Orders are always fulfilled and ready when I've used the app & I've always gotten through the drive-thru in a timely manner even when it has been busy. She has remade our order without asking if it sat for too long and melted (most wouldn't take the time to do that). I'm always happy to see her there & I truly hope that someone see's this and she gets the recognition and reward she deserves for her service!

Whoever the franchisee is for this particular location, you’re a very, very, good franchisee. Walk in and the kitchen isn’t totally walled off like most other franchises have. They’re still somehow running self serving soda fountains. New Jersey’s ridiculous plastic straw ban has forced places to use some very poorly made paper straws that dissolve but this location actually has paper straws that don’t dissolve in your drink. There was more than 3 people working when I was here so I actually got my food in an acceptable timeframe. Keep this going and do not change! You’re leaps and bounds the best McDonald’s in the Delaware Valley and I wish all McDonald’s franchises were this good!

I guess they don't want the business if nobody's answering the drive-thru. Not to mention why is every size drink the same price? Why would I pay $1.49 for a small if $1.49 also pays for a large? Sat in the Drive-Thru for way too long unattended before making the decision to back out and just leave.
