waitress spilled some of my drink because it was overfull.(I ended up cleaning it up and had to ask for more napkins).. waitress checked to see if everything was ok but never came back to see if we wanted anything else. my husband's refill drink ended up at the table next to us. asked for boxes and at that point gave us the check.. no dessert/coffee.. we were going to order something to take home for our son plus get dessert to go. but instead we paid the check and left. only...read full review
Excellent service, staff and overall cleanliness and friendliness
The host was welcoming and warm, setting a friendly tone for the day. They made us feel valued as soon as we walked in. Our server, Dawn, checked in at just the right moments, ensuring we had everything we needed, like refilling drinks before we even asked. We felt completely taken care of thanks to Manager Leonara's proactive approach to ensuring our needs were met throughout the day. We are definitely coming back again with our 5 kids. Highly recommended.
