I had a great experience at Red Lobster and wanted to share! My fiancé recently proposed to me and followed the beautiful proposal with a family dinner at the Red Lobster in Delran, NJ. Upon walking in, our host was incredibly friendly and helped my family settle in before the server came to greet us with fresh, warm bread. I created my own ultimate feast which was so awesome because I could mix and match my favorite menu items. My fiancé and I ended up buying few bottles of wine for a toast and, if you are visiting this location for a special occasion like I did, I recommend this because the Red Lobster staff made this so special and even paired with a cake for dessert for my family and I! I want to conclude this review by saying thank you to my server, Angel L.; the bartender, David; and also the managers, Kari, Jennifer, and John.

Recently had dinner here to celebrate my sister-in-laws engagement and I’m happy I supported the suggestion to dine-in at this location. I was among a few that did not eat seafood but the GM, Kari, was very helpful in making sure I could find options just as delicious as the shellfish that filled the table that night. My wife enjoyed the Lobster, Shrimp, and Salmon so much that we took one home! Everyone in attendance was grateful to the server Angel L. for his attentiveness and how he took the time to engage with us despite it being such a busy night; it was refreshing to see seamless teamwork and have minimal worries. I’d also like to shout out the manager, Jennifer T., who went above and beyond to help us find decorations nearby for us to decorate the room we rented at this location for the evening. As you see, it was such a great experience I made sure to take down everyone’s name in order to give thanks as deserved. Kudos Red Lobster Delran!

waitress spilled some of my drink because it was overfull.(I ended up cleaning it up and had to ask for more napkins).. waitress checked to see if everything was ok but never came back to see if we wanted anything else. my husband's refill drink ended up at the table next to us. asked for boxes and at that point gave us the check.. no dessert/coffee.. we were going to order something to take home for our son plus get dessert to go. but instead we paid the check and left. only because it's holiday season did we give full 20% tip.. otherwise not great service.
My waitress Dawn was fast, polite and patient. Keep up the great work. The music selection and sound quality was great ! My food was good. Thankyou.

Great experience at the Red Lobster in Delran, NJ! The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was fresh and flavorful, and everything came out hot and on time. The restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere, and the service really stood out. Definitely a location I’d return to and recommend!

I would like to say that I've been coming to Red Lobster for years. Mary in Delran store is the best!!!! If you had 20 more like her your establishment, would be 20 times better. Go Mary.
