This once proud chain is dying. The first clue was the seating hostess taking 8 minutes to seat us in an empty bar area. She was chatting away at the bar while customers were waiting to be greeted. And she looked unhappy to be bothered. The dining room was closed. The temp inside the restaurant was 77 degrees, a virtual sweat box. Who wants to sweat while eating? Ever hear of air conditioning?
The beer....was 6 months past the best by date on the can. And stale. See photo. We went in April 2025.
The service was passable. The food was forgettable. Very sad to see the decline in quality. This was my "Sayanora, Delran Red Lobster. Thanks for the memories". This place will go out of business, it is only a matter of time.
Delran needs to up their service, up their dingy looking decor, and up the food quality. Maybe the Cherry Hill restaurant is better.

I come in with five of my friends for each of our birthdays, always a good meal and we always have Mary and get exactly service!! Thanks so much for being our favorite place to eat!!! Love the coconut shrimp!!

I had an amazing dining experience at Red Lobster, thanks to our wonderful waitress, Cierra! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and excellent service truly made our meal special. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she did. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for Cierra—she’ll take great care of you! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable! Also crispy dragon calamari 10/10 recommend

This is the worst food i have ever tried.
Salty, tastless, orzo not fully cooked, and coleslaw tastes very bad. I had a very bad experience and never ever again.
