I order coffee and tea supplies for my home espresso and tea bar with this company. Im able to find a wide range of products for specialty espresso and tea beverages which make shopping on their new.serioussips site fun for me. They have great prices and offer discounts for wholesale pricing. They have specialty products like canisters for making your own whipped cream. Racks to put coffee syrups onto for better organization. Quite a lot of options that are pretty fun to look through for a serious shop or a home coffee counter in the kitchen. The only thing I will say is shipping costs more depending on the weight and amount of boxes being shipped. I wish there was a way to get a reduced price or no price altogether with shipping after a certain amount spent per order. Even though shipping can be a good lot i think it still gets a 5 cause good fast customer service, friendly workers when I've talked over the phone, discount coupons, amount of products available to choose from, easy ordering online process, fast email updates, and a speedy shipment of orders after ordering.

I ordered $70 worth of puzzles on 4/27/20 for my 86 year old mother who is still in quarantine, but has done all the puzzles she owns already. She still has not received them. When i call, the automated machine takes my name and number and says it will contact me in a few days when my "turn" comes up in line. I was beginning to wonder if this company was legit or if I had been scammed. I'm still not sure! I will update my review accordingly.I was contacted immediately after posting this review, both here and by email but have never received that call back. I understand things might be challenging out there. They are suppose to be refunding my money.

The worse Customer Service 'EVER!! I purchased three puzzles, i did not want two of them; they were never opened; Serious Shops would not even send a return label. They are terrible to work with; don't purchase from them! Buyer Beware!!!

Very poor customer service and business practice! I purchased a puzzle and had shipped direct to my daughter as a gift. She assembled the puzzle upon receipt and discovered a piece was missing. She wanted to frame this puzzle. I contacted Serious Puzzles and they would not stand behind the products they sell and told me I had to contact the manufacturer for replacement of the puzzle. They should make this right with their customer and then deal with their vendor accordingly.
