I only came in to ask about employment but stood at the counter for 5 mins and no one said a word to me. I had to ask is this where you order? They said they assumed I placed a mobile order but no one ever asked if I did. The supervisor on duty was we having a side conversation over the headset never looked my way. It wasn’t a good experience and hope every customer isn’t treated this way. I just left so it’s 5:20 on a Wednesday

First, let me say that I did not have the time, nor desire, to wait for them to make the drink again. It caused me a great deal of stress, because I don't want to be angry at a service person, even one who seemed to be intentionally acting stupid and lazy. Know why? Cause I don't like eating spit or worse.
This encounter, with this particular horrible barista, was the worst thing to happen that day. Which I'm happy about, because worse things can and do happen. But today, this was the worst thing, so overall, it was good day. If he'd gotten my very easy drink order right, it would have been a perfect day. Oh well.
That guy, who was at the microphone/register on 7/14/25, at around 11am, should not be working there. He's illogical, incompetent and wastes time and money having to remake drinks. I order the same drink, I am careful to specify everything I want in the drink. But somehow, I got served a drink I did not order. He assumed, he said. He assumed I wanted additional things in my drink. Things I'm allergic to.
That's the last time I'm going to just deal with it, thou. I wish now that I had made them refund me because I ended up throwing half of it out, it was a disgusting concoction.
And before you reply with your standard response and tell me to go to the web site, I already did. What I want from you, at the store, is to tell me here that you found out who that was, and reprimanded him for his stupidity. You DO NOT assume additional ingredients and whip on a drink that's non-dairy.

Been waiting over 20 minutes for a brewed coffee. I’ve seen people after me get their orders. Do better folks!!!!! As I’m writing, I still haven’t received it.
this is the 2nd time i’ve been to this location and i get different variations of matcha each time. everytime they forget something. the first time i don’t say anything, this time i did. service isn’t very nice unfortunately:(

I just had the nicest experience. As I was walking out of the store, a women who worked there heard me say my drink wasn't good. She knocked on my car window, asked what was wrong with it and went inside and remade it for me. She was so sweet, I wish I got her name!!!

We have been a continuous Starbucks customer for years and for the first time experienced this awful treatment out of state in NJ by an employee who also calls herself one of the managers at this Starbucks location, Hartford Corners, 1340 Fairview Blvd, Delran, NJ 08075.
On Saturday March 1st, 2025 my husband and I drove pass this area and stopped by at this perticular Starbucks. The drive thru was pretty backed up and we had to be somewhere so I decided to go in and ordered a drink. I ordered a Dragonfruit lemonade to go with light ice and an extra scoop of Dragonfruit berries. I always order this at any Starbucks I go to.. It's my favorite drink. I've never had any issues from any of the locations I've been to. The lady at the register seemed nice she's one of the managers I realized it later. She had like a dirty blonde hair, she was polite.
I gave my order to her then I waited for my order by the end of the counter along with others. People who came after me kept getting called for their order leaving with theirs. I waited patiently for awhile and finally went up and asked one of young lady, she had long hair in small braids. I asked her if my order was ready, she replied no I need to make it and she continues to make other cofee orders. I then said people who came after me got theirs and left, can you please make mine I need to be somewhere. She replies well you need to be patient just like others. So I wait and wait after she made few other orders she finally makes mine and rudely keeps it on the counter. No apology for the delay or nothing. Her body language, her tone everything about her was incredibly rude.
As I grabbed my drink I noticed strawberries in my drink and I said, excuse me I asked for Dragonfruit lemonade not strawberry. The same girl replies and says "well I just made what was ordered you need to take it up with the lady at the cashier you ordered from." I was like excuse me... Why can't you just make me another one which I ordered. Why do I need to speak to the cashier... She goes she's a manager and herself is also a manager. First of all I don't care who the manager was, I didn't ask for a manager.. I just wanted a drink that I ordered. I can understand the order probably got entered incorrectly by the cashier and she put in strawberry lemonade instead of Dragonfruit. Mistakes happen I can totally understand. But all she had to do was just say that it was a mistake and make another one. That's good customer service. After I requested her to make another one and make the order right she says we'll you have to wait just like others. Be patient and wait I'm busy with other orders.
She was not only rude but was very dismissive. The other two girls were making the drive thru orders. They saw what happened. It's very disappointing.
I don't know how she was made a manager, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, no accountability or apology was offered, no explanation other than the fact that there was no effort or attempt made to provide any polite customer service; instead, I was made to feel unwelcome for no apparent reason.
I was so disappointed. I didn't have time to talk to the lady at the register/cashier to ask for this young lady with the braids name or explain what happened.
This world already has enough unkind people, we don't need anymore. She should be held accountable for her rude behavior and poor customer service. It's an insult to Starbucks. And her rude attitude was just awful. Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible customer service, unless you’re going through drive-through. expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get your drink and honestly, the place is very dirty as well. Not sure how they stay in business every time I go there it’s the same thing the condition of the facility is always dirty and it takes “forever” to get your drink.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at the Starbucks location at Hartford Corners, 1340 Fairview Blvd, Delran, NJ 08075, today, January 9, 2025. I arrived at the store with my wife and two daughters around 8:00 PM, an entire hour before the posted closing time of 9:00 PM, only to be told by the staff that we could not enter.
The service staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, offering no explanation other than the fact that they had already "started closing" (even though the store clearly wasn’t closed and we were still well within the operating hours). When I asked politely why we were being denied entry despite the ample time left before closing, the response was nothing short of disrespectful. There was no effort to accommodate us or any attempt at polite customer service; instead, we were made to feel unwelcome for no apparent reason.
This incident is not the first time I’ve experienced mistreatment at this particular Starbucks. As an active-duty service member, I have made numerous visits to this location, and unfortunately, the staff’s behavior has consistently been unprofessional and discourteous. It's extremely disappointing to encounter such blatant disrespect, especially considering that I am serving my country. My family and I have always strived to be courteous, respectful, and patient patrons, but this staff seems to take little to no effort in ensuring a positive experience for customers.
This type of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that Starbucks takes action to address the unprofessionalism and poor customer service at this specific location. I would think that basic respect, especially towards a service member and their family, would be a standard in any business, but clearly, that’s not the case here. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be sharing my experience with others in hopes that no one else has to endure the same poor service.

Poor service! My boyfriend went to this Starbucks today and my boyfriend asked for a “Pup” cup which he received but when he saw it was in a small cup with no lid he asked the Barista for a bigger cup and a lid and the Barista said “No, I can’t do that”! This is as very poor service!

I go to this Starbucks all the time and is usually a good part of my day. Today i ordered a two drinks which was full of ice and not properly filled. With one worker making comments suggesting i emptied some of it.
