Got my 2 sodas, was told to pull up front hell bring it out. N9 straws. No biggie. Sat out front ,he ran one order to the car to the left of me, they were there before me. Then he runs a order to a car that just pulled up to my right. Okay they may did curb side. He comes out to the car to my right. They say it's a wrong order, he takes it inside, 5 mins go by runs that bag back out to my car. It's all recorded on my dash cam. Okay so I get the order I check. All tacos are broken. He catches a attitude when I kindly reminding him about the house sauce. Then he didn't even run it out, guess that vape puff you did running food clouded your head. But I'd like a GM to get ahold of me

I went to this place and ordered my food and I waited for an hour and the person who arrived last than me delivered the food first and the supervisor only knew how to say sorry and after waiting an hour she was making my food and the supervisor told the boy to make another order first and then more people came to ask for his order and the answer the supervisors gave him was that they would cancel the order for the person who was not willing to wait and they canceled my order after I waited an hour I do not recommend this place
I’ve been in the Delran area for the past 6 years, every time i go there, they always mess up the order. We asked for a black bean chalupa, and they gave us a chicken one. I directly even told them from the veggie craving’s the black bean chalupa.

Usually this place is solid. Tonight I asked them specifically for extra fire sauce at least twice. They even put it on the receipt. They made me pull out of the drive thru and they still forgot my sauce. Not one packet. My fault for letting someone else check the bag. But still this place is dead to me. Forever.

They were very rude. Especially the woman who looked like she was the manager, she needs customer service training if she is the manager. Also I ordered a box from the app and everything in the box was wrong the only thing that was correct in the order was the 5 layer beef burrito everything else was what they wanted to put into the box. Then they said they didn't have cheese potatoes but one of the burritos they put into the box had potatoes in it. It was just the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell so safe to say that I'd rather drive outta my way to another taco bell than to go to this taco bell unless they change up the way they treat their customers im not one to complain much but if I'm paying for something at your establishment and I'm not being rude then I don't expect an attitude from management over the food I ordered. But the atmosphere was ok, they just need to tone down the attitude.

I was waiting so long for my food and I came to pick it up since it was a mobile order and then they said someone already picked it up when it wasn’t even a DoorDash order but off the actual app. They gave my order to a stranger and I had to somehow figure out how to do the refund since they wasted my time.

There's one problem there that needs to be improved on. Online orders that are 'Eat-in' are placed on a table near the drive thru window. The diner waiting for his tray has NO IDEA that his order has been sitting in a bag for the last 10 minutes getting soggy and cold. Come on guys, you can come up with a better solution!....

crew has gotten worse and worse over the years. food is always incorrect, was told i couldn’t place an order because they’re too busy. Had to go inside to order 3 baja blasts during happy hour, charged me for a soft taco and 2 pepsi’s. like wtf.

The lady at the drive through taking the payment was literally in the back of her pants. Absolutely disgusting! I took my card in a wipe and put it on my dashboard to disinfect when I got home. Thank God that I only ordered a drink. She needs to see a doctor for whatever she has going on. Never again!
