Virtua Hand Surgery - Delran

I came in less than a year ago and saw Dr. Wagner for the first time complaining of wrist pain that I’ve had for nearly a decade. She was excellent, pinpointed the issues causing the pain, scheduled a surgery date, and most importantly listened to any concerns I have. She explained the procedure and made sure the process would be smooth sailing. I had my pre-op with Michael, my post-op with Erin, saw Allison and Deborah for physical therapy. Each of them are extraordinary in their field and do it with a smile on their face. Starting with the young woman at the front desk all the way through the office, everyone is excellent and so is the care you receive.

Overall great place and I’m very pleased with my surgery. Thank you Dr. Ragland , Erin and Laura for everything.

Only complaint i have is the receptionist who filled in for Laura July 1-5 2024 . The interaction was very unprofessional , and rude “ I’ll get to it if i get to it , I have 70 patients of my own that I have to tend to “ . Not sure of the receptionist name but during the call she was rude and condescending.
The interaction was so frustrating that I did use profanity on the call , not directed at her I just cussed out loud . Someone should have a talk with the receptionist and remind her about customer service.

Literally SOOOO ANGRY right now. I’ve been waiting an entire month for an appt and due to traffic that’s beyond my control and arriving 3 minutes late Dr. Ida refused to see me. Called office 2 times to inform of lateness and still she would not see me. If this is the type of treatment I was going to receive as a patient then I’m glad I was late. I don’t want ANY person touching me that doesn’t have the patience to wait 3 minutes for a patient. I dodged a bullet!

I want to tip my Stetson & Salute a great team i got these folks are unbelievable Michael-PA/Omar-Tech/Deb & Ali-Splint & Therapy/Carly-Xray and i forgot the very efficient Woman at check in but will get her name Michael had great patience with me i ain't the easiest when i left he taught me and my wife so much on my Operation & Recovery Dam he has some patience all were fabulous & just plain nice folks Virtua should be very proud of these fine folks and i hope they pass this on to them folks need to hear positive replies its good for the Soul Peace

Been sitting with a broken hand for two weeks waiting on scheduling to give me a surgery date and I've been calling literally everyday just to be told today my pre op was the 12th and my surgery was supposed to be the 17 th yet somehow when I called on the 11th and 12th I was told nothing at all this is insane and I'm pain while changing diapers because I'm a father of two I cannot comprehend how this is even an occurrence at all

Danne was our server and he was amazing ! The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD ! As a vegetarian, I felt completely fulfilled!! From the salad bar to the soup and unlimited veggies ! This place is unmatched! The vibe is also lit ! I will definitely be back !

My carpal tunnel surgery is a success.

Virtua Hand Surgery In Delran is the place to go to if you injured your hand or finger. Not only I made an appointment with Dr. Ragland for my right thumb for trigger finger but i injured my right pinky on the job and he examined it, took an x-ray and saw that it was broken. Immediately Dr. Ragland had authorization to work on my injured right pinky. Dr. Ragland was very concerned about my right hand because now I had 2 problems with the right hand, as he continued to treat the right injured pinky he ordered a EMG of my right hand to see if I had any nerve damage because I was having pain going up my right arm towards my right elbow as he got back the results he saw that I had Carpal Tunnel in my right hand which I’ve noticed pain in my right hand for sometime from working with a handheld device with a handle on it to scan meds to different locations for 17 years. Thank You Dr. Ragland For Your Phenomenal expertise.

Very friendly and compassionate employees along with Dr. Ida Wagner. They listen attentively and one is to be made quite welcome. And btw…This office in Delran is absolutely immaculate!

Dr Wagner was very thorough, listened to my history and provided several options to me. The office took x-rays of my hand that the doctor saw prior to my exam. I wish I had been able to get the recommended splint the same day. I was able to schedule an appointment with an OT in 2 weeks.
