I have been a patient of Dr. Ragland since 2019 he is an amazing hand surgeon, he is compassionate and he listens and always professional. Recently I called for an appointment I was caller #45 and I waited 55 minutes on hold. It makes no sense to me why this change was made. Change is good but not for appointments, in the past all I had to do was go on the Virtua portal and make one, now its only available to new patients which should be the norm for existing patients. Dr Ragland and the entire team are wonderful and have been each time I have visited their offices. However the new process of scheduling an appointment was terrible. I am no longer able to book an appointment online and the phone system was terrible. When I called I was #43 in line to speak with someone. I couldn’t sit on the phone that long so I chose to get a call when it was my turn. It took over 2 hours for someone to call back.
I came in less than a year ago and saw Dr. Wagner for the first time complaining of wrist pain that I’ve had for nearly a decade. She was excellent, pinpointed the issues causing the pain, scheduled a surgery date, and most importantly listened to any concerns I have. She explained the procedure and made sure the process would be smooth sailing. I had my pre-op with Michael, my post-op with Erin, saw Allison and Deborah for physical therapy.
