Been here several times over the last 3 years and haven't had one order go smoothly or correctly. Slow service combined with wrong orders, this place is a disaster. I mean how hard is it to hand me the correct soda or order for that matter? There's one line so how do you get orders out of order?????

Horrible experiences over and over coming to Wendy’s in Delran. Let me first just say management here must care very little about this location. Staff are rude and nasty every time. They look at you with a nasty look and don’t say anything when they give you your food. They look at you dead in the eyes and hand you a bag of overturned food. Don’t order nuggets from this location because every single time the nuggets are spilled all over the bag. Another issue with this location also regarding the nasty staff that work here, there are always Spanish guys arguing and cursing and yelling in Spanish that customers can hear in the drive through. I am also Hispanic so I understand all the trash they talk about at the drive through. Overhaul this management team and current staff or I will never step foot near the place again. I lived here all my life and this location never was this bad. It’s a garbage location and you sure get treated like garbage when you come here.

I frequent this Wendy’s since it’s the closest to my children’s school and they love Wendy’s nuggets. However, the customer service is horrible. There’s not just one or a few instances, it’s every single time I go there. For one, the screen doesn’t work on the drive thru order screen and hasn’t worked in over a year. Next, the second I pull up to the drive thru, there’s no greeting, the Wendy’s service rep immediately says “what can I get you?” And will say “that all?” after every item in the most bothered way. Completely rude and unprofessional. Then on top of that, the entire order will be completely wrong. The screen needs to be fixed and the customer service representatives need training on…CUSTOMER SERVICE!
On to the food. The food is not fresh at all. The nuggets are almost always cold and the burger buns are stale.
This Wendy’s needs to be looked at by the powers that be, because it’s at a great location and would hate for them to decline based on the trash they hire.
*the picture doesn’t show staleness but just imagine the hardest most stale bread imaginable. I ended up throwing it away.

Do yourself a favor and go to the mount laurel location.
They not only got my order wrong but then argued with me because they got it wrong. Drove all the way home just to find out that an item was missing AND the burger was literally bun and patty after ordering the daves triple.

My friends and I came here around 4:00 on a Saturday a few weeks ago, we had six people in the car all playing to get their own food and use their reward apps and such.
When we got to the restaurant, we were told that they were too short staffed to let people into the restaurant and we had to use a drive-thru. The staff was then annoyed that we planned on buying our meals separately and using our apps to claim rewards and deals, and would not let us do that.
The management really needs to get their ducks in a row, because that level of service was not okay on a Saturday afternoon.

Went through the drive thru today and they missed half of my order. $42 worth of food. I ordered a plain wrap and it came full of stuff, didn't get a nugget meal and my chili for my baked potato. They also forgot a drink and I had to remind them of that. They want more money to work and they can't even do their jobs correctly. They've gone completely downhill recently and not sure why. Used to be good years ago and now it's trash.
