I've had beignets in New Orleans, but they just didn't hit (maybe i didn't go to the right place?). The Beignets here are DELICIOUS and FRESH. We got cinnamon sugar ones. The donuts are literally the best donuts i've ever had. So fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. This is my go-to place for donuts now, and i'm glad it's local to Denville. I may also come back for coffee here as the shop was cozy and had a good selection.

Came to try this place for a family birthday and the atmosphere was nice, the ladies working there were too but the doughnuts were tasteless. We got the "Most popular" items. I wasn't impressed at all. All 4 types of doughnuts just tasted like it was only the dough and nothing else. This place won't likely survive..I'm sorry..

Stan this donut place. Have been coming since they opened. Don't live in the area anymore & still come up here once & a while. Never been disappointed in anything I have had. Love the variety, love the made-to-order aspect. Peach Cobbler donut is my favorite.

Placed an order for pick up and it wasn't ready when I got there, which was five minutes after the pick up time. The Iced Toffee Latte was basically chocolate milk and I threw it out, literally a cup of ice with milk and chocolate syrup on the bottom. Don't bother wasting your money.

I visited Beignets with the intention of trying their matcha. From my understanding, matcha should be green and have an earthy, grassy taste. However, what I received was the palest matcha I’ve ever seen in my life. It was essentially milk with a touch of green. To make matters worse, there was a spoonful of sugar settled at the bottom of the cup.

When I took a sip, it tasted like pure cane sugar with milk. Confused, I asked the staff if they had added sugar, only to find out that the powder they use contains sugar. I had no idea. The drink was far too sweet for my taste, so I requested a coffee latte instead. The staff member made it with an obvious attitude, handed it to me quickly, and then turned away without responding when we said thank you.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing. If they are unable to serve proper matcha, they should reconsider having it on their menu at all, and just stick to coffee. I would not recommend this place to others looking for quality beverages and good customer service.

Donut and beignets are made to order! The beignets are absolutely delicious and the dough is light in texture. They come hot when ordered and ready in a few minutes. The donuts are made to order with many different toppings. Definitely worth a stop by for a sweet treat.

Parking: Street parking available, busy on weekends.

The Beignet store, which should probably be called “Beignets and Donuts” is dangerously delicious. We are only about 13 minutes from the shoppe, but we cannot/do not go as frequently as our taste buds would demand.

The beignets are, well, where else can you get beignets fresh from the fryer, absolutely the best around. They are a bit different from NOLA beignets, but still melt-in-your mouth delicious.

And the unadvertised donuts are, well what can I say. All cake-type with a neutral-sweet vanilla base, are all prepared on demand (so sometimes it gets a bit slow)and offer an almost limitless combination of toppings l, custom ordered. They are incredibly addictive, especially when warm.

Here’s the bad (had to be something, right?). It’s definitely not cheap. You will be hard pressed to get out of there if buying for a small family who wants both beignets and a donut or two for less that $25. But it’s worth the price (if not the calories). 7 on of a 1-5 scale.

Amazing. For the record, the Beignets are better than what you get at NOLA. Made to order, not greasy compared to the factory turn out in NOLA.
