The absolute best bubble tea place in NJ hands down. After moving from NYC, I was depressed for many years without a good bubble tea place. Sure, there are many chain places around. They were okay, but never quite hit the spot. BIP hits that spot! The drinks are flavorful, the bubbles have the best consistency and texture which is super important to me, and the food is yummy. The staff are super nice and patient. We come multiple times a week. Highly recommended!

I just came in to get a large brown sugar bubble tea with skim milk and boba and it was terrible. The milk or the boba was definitely not normal. It tasted so sour. I had to throw it away immediately. Very disappointed.

This place is the CUTEST in Denville. The staff is so friendly, the boba drinks are delicious, and the food is so savory! I'm so mad I don't live in New Jersey because I would come here EVERY DAY if I could!!!!

Bubbles were not cooked well. And the brown sugar milk tea was watered-down. They should be adding more milk. Far from the best unfortunately.
