I like the staff but they're very slow to get your order and always seem understaffed. They have trouble picking up the phone and taking call orders. I've tried ordering a plain bagel toasted with butter 3 times in the last month where I ended up getting cream cheese. The bagels are good enough, prices high compared to some other shops in the area
Decided to stop in on a Sunday morning after a quick google search for a local bagel spot while I was in the area. I called ahead for a breakfast sandwich (I assumed they’d be busy which they were) and then ordered a specialty coffee while I was there. I think about the bagels all year round till I can come back for vacation and get my hands on Taylor ham breakfast sandwich in a rainbow bagel(colorful and I swear I can taste the rainbow) it’s a must have!
