Terrible first experience! Ordered a cake for my son’s 5th birthday via phone. When I went to pick up the cake, I was told that “someone” had called to cancel the order. They couldn’t provide a name for this “someone” that called and they’re claiming they refunded their card, NOT my card (original form of payment). They refused to admit that their employee had obviously made a mistake and I left with no cake and no refund! Liars and thieves!

I have known the staff for many years and always have the best experiences there. The good is great and reasonably priced. The staff is great and accommodating to certain allergens. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody!!!

Friends recommended this place when I mentioned I had went to Curlys. The homemade ice cream here is good. But the higher price and smaller portion size will bring me back to Curlys.
