Kings Palace is our favorite Chinese Food in the Rockaway/Denville area. Everyone inside was very kind and there were a lot of regulars flowing in and out on a Wednesday. My wife and I ordered General Tsaos Chicken and Beef&Broccoli combos and they were both superb! I’m a fried rice fanatic and this one was my favorite. The chicken was crispy and great and good portions throughout. Also the best egg roll we’ve had in a long time. Overall great vibe and convenient parking in the back. Highly recommend, very reasonable prices, amazing value. Thank you Kings Palace

I placed an online order and decided to call the restaurant after about 75 minutes to check on it. I was told that they were going to cancel the order, as they couldn't 'get it to me fast', (I am located in Rockaway). It's possible that there was a misunderstanding, but in all fairness it's been well over an hour and I was just checking. The person didn't even apologize before he told me he was canceling it. Needless to say I'm upset and wouldn't recommend using them - mostly because the man I spoke to was extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Szechuan Chicken. I read the mix reviews before trying for my self. They are completely correct about the lack of personality by the man behind the counter, however I was there for the food. Prepared fresh while I waited ( about 5-7 minutes ) overall the taste and quality is above average. $15 out the door for the large is beyond fair for the quantity. I will return.

We ordered 30 mins before the closed & they made us good food no problem. I got steamed veggie dumplings, veggie chow fun, & g’sao chicken. Very yummy!

Love the food, their takeout is the best. Had some last night, loved it but wondered why the little fortune cookies now contained tacky Verizon advertising instead of the traditional charming fortunes.

$5.90 gets you a Large Wonton Soup. Guy on phone did not come across as friendly and was the same upon order pick up. Wonton were average at best . The broth has zero flavor with no straps of beef. Drove by this place a million times, will continue with that strategy. No reason to stop again.

Not feeling well and my my usual place was closed so I figured I’d give this one a shot as everyone seems to rave about it. The gentleman who answered the phone Reused deliver to Rockaway unless I placed a $50 order. I live minutes from there and would have tipped generously. 0/5.

Food was decent enough, but I’ll never go back here. Guy behind the counter was probably the most miserable person I’ve ever dealt with in a restaurant. Buddy - you serve mid Chinese food of which there are tons of other options in the area. At least pretend you care people are spending their $ in your establishment.
Great food! For our family and guest New Years Eve dinner from King's Palace was absolutely a hit.We spent $201.00 for a wide variety of food w/o beverages for take out..Not one single issue... We tried this place a couple of weeks prior as a test since all year long we didn't have good experiences at some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area including Hunan Taste TAKE OUT.(inside very good). As hectic & busy as they were, the owner of King's Palace was very pleasant and helpful.
