Panera set this up with a bunch of screens to order instead of my favorite human interaction experience. The help basically ignores you & I needed to point & get something. I asked someone to slice my bread & it was completely destroyed. Too bad, good bread to Chisel from.

The first stall in the women’s bathroom is not properly installed. You can see outside and people can see in while using the toilet. This needs to get fixed immediately as I did not feel comfortable using the restroom with parts of the stall being open.

All of the managers in this location are so rude, especially that one lady with the brown hair, the only one thats helpful is the old man with the white hair and glasses. The food quality is nice and service is good but the managers acting that way makes me not want to go
