Not very welcoming, you’re lucky if they even speak, no thank you at the register or have a good day, bery robotic. Also they happen to be the only Qdoba I’ve ever been to where you can not do half and half protein, I formerly managed Qdoba’s even I have never heard of this. and the manager watched me ask for it and then charged me double. It was bad enough that the service was bad, then to get over charged, shameful

Close your shop. Never ordering from here again. I ordered a burrito through DoorDash because I got injured at work. When I started eating I ate half of the burrito to realize there was no steak in the burrito at all. THE MAIN thing in a burrito is always the protein HOW on earth could you forget that. I ended up having drive back myself with my injured foot just to get a new burrito, they couldn’t or didn’t know how to refund me without the manager. Once I got the new burrito and started eating it was basically just rice and beans and few other ingredients barely any protein maybe like 5 pieces of steak. UNACCEPTABLE. I spent 23 dollars for a burrito with no meat. Very dissatisfied. I’ve been going to this location for 10+ years never again. Close your shop

We frequently go to this branch because it’s conveniently along our route. However, tonight around 7:30 PM, 7/16/25. we had an extremely unpleasant and frankly unacceptable experience that left us shocked and deeply disappointed.
While placing our usual order, the server behind the counter informed us they were out of lettuce. I simply asked if more would be coming out, and his response was not only dismissive but laced with unnecessary attitude. He snapped, “We ran out, it’s not my fault,” followed by a smirk and what can only be described as mocking laughter. I asked him, “Why are you laughing at me?” and he coldly replied, “I’m not,” all while continuing to smirk and make a condescending “tsk” sound.
This kind of behavior is absolutely insulting. Customer service is the cornerstone of any business in this industry, and this individual clearly has no training—or interest—in providing even basic respect to customers. His demeanor was not only unprofessional, it was borderline antagonistic. He came off less like a staff member and more like someone you’d cross the street to avoid.
I was so appalled I simply walked out. Needless to say, we will not be eating there.
Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I can describe him: thin build, wearing a silver chain with a pendant, and had visible acne scarring. About 5’5 to 5’7 height. If you encounter this individual, don’t bother ordering—he’ll ruin your experience, and possibly your entire evening.
It’s truly disheartening to see businesses hire people like this when there are so many others who are not only more capable, but actually care about doing their jobs well.

Immediately took off 1 star due to parts of my take out order missing. Food was ok. Ground beef tacos very greasy. Cilantro rice flavorless and on the dry side. Taco ingredients very fresh which is a plus. I would give it another try, but stick with chicken, shrimp, or steak since the ground beef was literally dripping with grease.
What happened to this place? It used to be so good. I would come here often in high school with my friends. Sadly, I will not be returning as it seems like there's new staff and management. I recently ordered a burrito with chicken and steak ($16 by the way which is outrageous) and it looked like it was the employee's first time wrapping a burrito.
There used to be such lovely Hispanic staff that contributed to the authenticity of this location. I forget his name, but there was a manager—a guy with very short hair—who was the best, an absolute pro. I did not see him tonight. If this location let him go, then Qdoba is insane.

Literally 1/2 the food you get at Chipotle for the same price. They don’t even give you one spoonful of meat, and also skimp on the rice… so that the bowl only half full. Left hungry thinking I’d had a mini bowl or appetizer when I ordered a full meal. Bye Qdoba, never coming back again.

I and a GM in the plaza and my team and I come here quite often. Sadly, since new mgmt. and all the new changes the service and urgency has tanked. Yesterday I got a regular bowl with less food than the mini bowls we ordered and today there was a crazy line with one woman trying to do it all. The fact the manager comes and goes and doesn't help is absolutely appalling. Your processes need reevaluating as clearly it is not working. Doing pick-up orders when you have a line waiting is just poor management and systems. This is every single time we come here. Get it together.

I work nearby and often attempt to get lunch from here. Please save yourself time and money and go to the chipotle in Morris plains. Last 3 orders have had the bare minimum of ingredients they charged me for double steak and what was on my bowl was barely 1 spoon at Chipotle. Guess these guys are penny pinching or going under because how am I paying for a bowl with nothing in it.
It’s not just the meat either veggies I can count how many are in my bowl on one hand. Most of all they are stingy with the rice too THE RICE. Seriously save ur money and go get some food that actually gets you full at chipotle.
