We placed a catering order yesterday. The tray of Chicken Parm was OUTSTANDING! Tender, plentiful, easy to reheat. Top notch service including how much they gave, serving tray and boxed with plastic in case of a spill. The sauce was sooooo good! We will be doing our catering exclusively at Sergios in the future.

Our school was the lucky recipient from an anonymous family of a catered lunch from Sergio's. WOW! Everything was absolutely delicious! Meatballs, cavatelli/broccoli, roasted vegetables, sausage and peppers, sandwiches, three salads (two green salads and a pasta salad) -- every dish was terrific! Personally, I would order from them without hesitation. We did not eat at the place - the food was delivered to our school so I can not speak to some of the items on the list when writing this review. Overall - Quality and taste was excellent!

I checked out Sergio's after a coworker recommended it. I ordered the #7 — it was okay, nothing too special. I was disappointed to find out the oven was down since I really wanted to try the chicken parmigiana. I settled for the #7 instead, and while it wasn’t a bad sandwich, for the price, I think there are better cold sandwich options out there. That said, I’ll definitely be back once the oven’s up and running — still looking forward to trying that chicken parm!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sergio & Co for years, often relying on them for a delicious chicken sandwich on their fantastic bread. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me quite disappointed.

I recently ordered the #7, a mozzarella sandwich with breaded and grilled chicken. I specifically asked for the chicken to be warmed up, but when I got home, I discovered it was cold. To make matters worse, the chicken had no flavor at all—eating it felt like biting into cardboard.

There was an overwhelming amount of bread and mozzarella, but without the tasty chicken, the whole sandwich fell flat. I really miss the quality I used to enjoy here. I hope they can get back to what made them my go-to deli!
