Baristas should check the order description on the cup label. If I hadn't opened it and checked, I wouldn't have realized that the order wasn't prepared as I ordered it at the register. It didn't have whipped cream and caramel drizzle

Starbucks' service has always been excellent. The atmosphere was cold. Not temperature but design. That way customers don't stay there to long?

1st class customer service from shahb and the entire team at this store. I was visiting family in denville im from oxford england and this store was so welcoming and went above and beyond for me. This is why I love visiting America-it's all about the people.

THE best Starbucks! The baristas that work at this location are always so kind and lovely, they always ask how I'm doing and make conversation. They always remember me, even though I haven't been in much lately. :) I go here to work on my writing or homework, and it's always a good experience.

My partner will go here abd get me a cup of coffee. He always has a pleasant experience. I don't get around that well so when he asks me to go in with him, I agree. When the person he wanted me to meet refused to come out front (away from the counter, not leaving the store), his entire mood shifted. He really likes her, believes her to be a good person and she refused a loyal customer any of her time. He was miffed and we left in silence as we drove home.

The cookies are good

This place was the only spot still open after 10pm when I was on my way home from visiting a friend in the area. I was so happy to see my favorite caffeine supply was open! Not only that but the barista was fantastic. It had been a long day and I just needed a mainline of caffeine to get me home. He was patient, cheeky and whipped up just the right thing for me. It was perfectly made. Couldn't have been happier with this cozy Denville neighborhood Starbucks!

Update! This Starbucks is always a pleasant experience. I've stopped in a few times. This time the greeting was so warm and perky, I assumed it had to be caffeine assisted, so I asked what the barista had been drinking, then I ordered it! Delicious!

There are at least 4 better coffee stores nearby that you will probably enjoy more if you like coffee or pastries. Some of our favorites are Chocolatine on East Main for excellent French pastries (they also have coffee), or Sweet Vinyl if you want better coffee. You deserve better than the mediocre and overpriced starbucks experience.

New school starbucks. Everything's automated, not a barista, grinder or a tamper in sight. Prepackaged food that gets nuked to a microwave perfection. The company that literally expanded the world's collective mind on coffee has become a mere shell of it's former self. This party ended a lonnnng time ago.

Unfortunately oftentimes reviews are dominated by the small minority of bad experiences rather than positive experiences. I saw on Google the negative reviews and wanted to correct the record from my perspective.

This Starbucks not only has an amazingly staff, there's also a great ambiance that helps me be productive.

I must say I was a convert to Starbucks because they very generously and environmentally conscientiously give me coffee grounds to add organic matter to my garden. Since that time I'm a pretty regular fixture at this location.

I always find the location to be clean and orderly. And I can't say enough positive things about all the staff there. Even when they are in the midst of very hectic rushes they get through orders in a timely way and are extremely personable.

I’d just like to commend the staff at this Starbucks. I stopped in since I was working in the area, as I was leaving and grabbed napkins my entire drink tipped over and spilled all over the floor and counter. They were all so friendly and offered to give me another drink before I even had a chance to ask to buy for another one. The other young girl came over to take over me cleaning up with a smile on her face. A pretty crappy embarrassing moment was put at ease and I really did appreciate it. A good attitude and understanding goes a long way! Thank you!

We made a quick stop here to get some drinks. The store was large, with some spots to sit and dine at the store. There was a merchandise section across the pick up area. They had all the drinks and bakery items were available as well.

The barista helped us to put in our order for 3 drinks. They were prepared in a short time. We waiter less than 5 minutes. Even though all things went well, my family members said the drinks were not properly made. They tasted bad. So that was a bummer.
