What is special nook of a Starbucks… The area feels like you’re on vacation in the Hamptons and the staff is impeccable. So kind with warm, welcoming, smiles and friendliness.

I did not catch the young lady's name, but she is slim, brown skin with a big beautiful smile. I walked in with my French bulldog in a bag. She along, with her co-worker gave my pup lots of love. I was indecisive.. not sure if I should try the Sugar Cookie latte or the White Hot Chocolate.. she was ultimately patient, giving me time to decide. She asked to warmup my banana bread without me suggesting it, and also gave me a pup cup for my Frenchie. Amazing all around staff. I'm not a Starbucks guy, but I will visit that location again, and again, and again..
Love the hot and cold coffee drink selections to go with the kale and mushroom egg bites.

Worst Starbucks in the area. It's run by children and only functional when the manager is here. Baristas are scrolling through their socials and playing basketball with beverage caps while customers are waiting for their drinks that were promised over 15 minutes ago. I've now been waiting 20 minutes for a matcha latte. This is absurd.
I came in this evening with only a partial payment on my mobile gift card. JP Remembered my usual order and matched the size Chai that I normally get. Just walked out of work and needed a hot cup of tea. I appreciate his kindness and good service. Thank you ~ KathyH

Go to several Starbucks, this one, one in Morris Plains and Ledgewood. Order same drinks every time. Vanilla Bean Frappacino tasted like ice with a very small hint of vanilla. My daughter said its not the same as the other Starbucks and my pink drink tasted like cocunut iced water. Also no flavor. No dried strawberries in either. Very bland like watered down drinks to save on product. Thats the impression we got. Definitely a big difference to other Starbucks. Disappointing and likely won't bother coming back. Mentioned it to the girl that made the drinks and she was very sassy and wasn't helpful.
