I did not catch the young lady's name, but she is slim, brown skin with a big beautiful smile. I walked in with my French bulldog in a bag. She along, with her co-worker gave my pup lots of love. I was indecisive.. not sure if I should try the Sugar Cookie latte or the White Hot Chocolate.. she was ultimately patient, giving me time to decide. She asked to warmup my banana bread without me suggesting it, and also gave me a pup cup for my Frenchie. Amazing all around staff. I'm not a Starbucks guy, but I will visit that location again, and again, and again..
Love the hot and cold coffee drink selections to go with the kale and mushroom egg bites.

Worst Starbucks in the area. It's run by children and only functional when the manager is here. Baristas are scrolling through their socials and playing basketball with beverage caps while customers are waiting for their drinks that were promised over 15 minutes ago. I've now been waiting 20 minutes for a matcha latte. This is absurd.

Go to several Starbucks, this one, one in Morris Plains and Ledgewood. Order same drinks every time. Vanilla Bean Frappacino tasted like ice with a very small hint of vanilla. My daughter said its not the same as the other Starbucks and my pink drink tasted like cocunut iced water. Also no flavor. No dried strawberries in either. Very bland like watered down drinks to save on product. Thats the impression we got. Definitely a big difference to other Starbucks. Disappointing and likely won't bother coming back. Mentioned it to the girl that made the drinks and she was very sassy and wasn't helpful.

This Starbucks in Denville, NJ, on route 10W, has the best servers, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and always upbeat.
I have to wait over there 35 minutes the lady looks like manager And she is very rudely before also same thing happened couple months ago with me

Lots of customers there and the staff is working very hard. The sandwich was basically bread. Not knocking the people there just saying, hey Starbucks get with it!

I was waiting for my cold brew. It was sitting on the back counter for 10 minutes waiting for cold foam to be added. But two of the employees complained about their need for another employee to be added to the Sunday staff. Why would you do this, where everyone could hear you gripe?

I came in this evening with only a partial payment on my mobile gift card. JP Remembered my usual order and matched the size Chai that I normally get. Just walked out of work and needed a hot cup of tea. I appreciate his kindness and good service. Thank you ~ KathyH

This is by far the nicest location anywhere. We travel and have gone to starbucks in almost ever state. They get the drinks done quickly and correct. Everyone is extremely friendly, but Ginni and Ken are absolutely fantastic. Can't tell you how lucky you are to have Ginni and Ken (plus the other regulars) working for this starbucks. Starbucks should use them as an example for every starbucks staff to follow.
