Have never had such a great chicken parm dish in my life. The mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, spaghetti carbonara, and Ziti Norcina with home made sausage were all equally impressive. Chocolate Budino to finish the meal and if you’re thinking that, that’s too much for two people you’re right. Was thoroughly enjoyed thanks again to Josh T, Roy and the whole team🙌🙏
The most important part of any pasta shop is, well, the pasta, and here it shines. With a very short menu, they clearly focus on quality over quantity. Every single dish we ordered for our group was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, and the execution was spot on.

A true Gem in Denville NJ. Bringing old and new from the Apps to the desert. So inspired by the atmosphere I actually did a piece for them. I had the Argentinian Red Shrimp with Squid Ink Pasta and Canolli’s which were crunchy and freshly made.
