Incredible sushi, staff is so friendly and kind, as well as attentive. Place is impeccably clean and tidy. Chefs were amazing, the sushi was well cut, held together well and we loved every piece.

I went to dinner at Yama for the first time with my brother-in-law. We had sushi & sashimi combination B. The portions were very generous and every single piece were amazing. Wait time was short and food came out quickly. All the staff & chef were very attentive, but was never rushed. Even if I cannot always dine-in, I think I will definitely do a take-out here. Parking was also relatively easy on the parking lot connected to the side of the building.

After thinking about this some more, I'm editing my review. I think the portions looked strange because nothing was mixed together. I'm not sure why they didn't mix it together for me, but in retrospect, it's probably the same or similar sized portion to what you'd get if you dine in. Still expensive and still mediocre taste, but I'm no longer complaining about the ratio of chicken/broccoli to rice. I bumped the rating from 2 to 3 stars.
The food was very good and fresh, we loved the Denisse roll with sweet and salty mango, it was perfect. The staff is very attentive and they gave us the taco tartare to try and we were really surprised very tasty. The attention is very good, the place is super good too and the attention is fast and cordial. Anyway, I recommend it!!
