Every time I come to Yama sushi I am always greeted with a warm smile and quickly sink into the relaxing atmosphere. I sit at the bar and watch the chefs as they patiently craft each roll. My food arrives and I enjoy the well balanced rolls containing high quality fish. The quality of salmon stands out in particular, satisfyingly melting in your mouth. Their special rolls such as the haru and Yama special never disappoint.
I look forward to my next meal at Yama sushi

This place is a cute little restaurant in the center of Denville where there is ample other places, shops and sights to see. The sushi here is amazing with the service being just as amazing as the food. The variety of rolls are so hard to choose from while you can have a view of the counter where they prepare your meal. I come here often and was never disappointed. If anything, I was shown a new type of fish (eel) that I have never tried before and absolutely fell in love...

Best fish quality and attention to detail on making really nicely composed nigiri bites. Special rolls were good as well but easily the best nigiri in the area. Fairly priced considering the quality.
