Came after a long day at work Brooke G was my bartender since I came in she gave me a mean look wasn’t very customer friendly looked like she was mad to be there told her I’d like my check I wasn’t finish my drink and she was hesitant for me to pay had to almost chug my beer down very like ignorant still tipped her but wasn’t pleased with the service

It has been quite some time since my last visit to Applebee's. My kids just wanted mac and cheese and so we decided to dine there. Our waiter, Josh, provided truly outstanding service. I was hoping to order garlic parmesan fries, but they were not available. Josh kindly suggested that he could provide the garlic butter parmesan sauce on the side for my waffle fries, which was a wonderful idea! It was delicious!

My experience at this establishment was horrible to say the least. My fiancé and I love Applebees and we frequently dine in at various locations. Yesterday we arrived at night time and when we entered we were immediately turned away by a hostess. She was a young lady with blonde hair. It was 11pm when we arrived and the hostess stated that they were about to close in 20 mins and when she noticed we didn’t turn away she sat us down. Our waitress Gwendlyn, younger lady with blonde hair and glasses, was very unprofessional and rude and she’s the reason I’ll never return to this establishment again. First, we asked for drinks at the bar when she delivered them to our table she spilled both drinks and did not clean up or apologize. She did not give us any utensils to eat with and when we requested assistance she told us “yeah I’ve been busy I’ll get to it” immediately after she took off her name tag. The receipt is the only way we could’ve identified her. If you’re looking to get a good meal from Apple bees with your significant other late at night. Please don’t stop here! The service was so poor we packed our food and ate inside the car. If you’re the owner of the store, I’d recommend you looking into your night shift staff specifically those who worked on 3/30/25 because the service was distasteful. Your stuff was not equipped to maintain professionalism while also working under the pressure. I will not be returning and if you’re reading this, try a different store the service will be 100% better!

I recently had dinner here with several family members. My order was not made correctly and our server, Haley, brought it to the table anyway. Food errors are not acceptable, especially when people have dietary restrictions due to health issues, allergies, etc. It could be detrimental to someone's health to serve anything other than what is ordered! Both the kitchen staff preparing and the server should have caught this mistake. Everyone else at the table had their hot entrees, and I was left with having to eat what I was given, or sit and wait for another to be made. They need to do better! I won't be returning to Applebee's anytime soon, but especially not this one!

Me my husband went there yesterday we where first in line we waited on the waitress to seat us but he sat everyone down at a table but us we where the black people and they ignored us in tell I said something and he about to sit some else he act like we wasn’t there so we said something and just left when to older women where out sitting on the bench and they to me and my husband you couldn’t do it go spend your hard working money somewhere else and where black women so they experience we had never again to played with again worse place I ever been to Very racist!!!!

Everytime I order from here there is always small bits of black hair in my food 😂 and I’m bald so not my hair 🤨 … mangers always got an attitude ….. place is just messy as hell

Our server was amazing ! However the food. Not so good. Our appetizers were okay.. our entrees terrible. We have to let’s platter ribs had barely any bbq on them they were cold and as of they reheated them. Fries tasted as if they had been sitting out for a while. Not satisfied with the food. Server was awesome and sweet

We ordered threw door dash at around 7pm and someone took are food and we where not notified till 9pm then we reorder are food and we recommend it at 10:08 and my steak was overcooked and tasted horrible we didn't get out drinks and all of our food was cold. And they never sealed the bag when they sent it out.

Our waiter was very kind, bless her heart. The kitchen kept messing up our order. They gave us the wrong appetizer and then the wrong meal. Wait time was absolutely ridiculous. When we walked in the hostess’ said nothing to us and we were the only ones waiting to be seated.
