The waitress was great! But the payment took forever, and they wouldn’t let us use our gift card. 2 different payment machines wouldn’t work and they had us waiting for 25 minutes.

Whoever redesigned this place needs to quit what they are doing. Also Applebee's needs to know it's place with these prices. It's microwave food. You're here for cheap food not quality food

They service was terrible. Sat for about 20 minutes before our server came over for drinks. We were ready to order by then too. Our appetizer was barely warm when we got it. Was just a terrible experience.

I went there today for lunch. I ordered the dollar margaritas, a tall salad and a combination appetizer not only I found a heritage, but it was extremely salty. It was nasty. I couldn’t even eat it.

Had a great time when I was here. The service was good and I got a lot of food for the money. 2 for $26 is a great thing and with a dessert ? it was very affordable for my friend and I to enjoy a meal together. We both had the riblette plate.

i have been to applebee’s a million times but wanted to go try their $10 bacardi buckets for spring break and they were worth it!! the drinks themselves were really good, so good you have to be careful! ?

Gave a 3star for food because I am so DISAPPOINTED you can't sub out for something you don't like(mozzarella sticks) on the classic app.??
C'mon, it's a chain restaurant, so expectations are middling. But this one is reasonably efficient, and our server was super nice and did a very good job.
Clean and fast service. Great waitress. Better than others I have been too.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. We had a party of 7 and we were told it was an hour wait. We absolutely understood and were happy to wait. The manager came over and let us know TWICE that a table was being cleaned, they were just waiting for the customers already there to leave. Again, happy to wait. Another group came in 20 minutes after us and were also waiting. The host seated them before us as we watched. I let him know that we had been waiting for almost an hour and the manager told us several times it was our table. He gets another employee who rolls his eyes, comes over, and asks “what’s the problem?” I explain. He gets the manager. She’s upset. Wonderful. She wants to put our group in two booths back to back. We had Deaf people in our group so if we can’t see each other, we can’t talk. So she puts us across the aisle from each other. After some back and forth, it’s decided we’re going to be moved to their other big table. Same guy cleaning it tried to give it away to ANOTHER, SMALLER group. We had to sit there and explain. We finally get the table. After eating, the machine to pay isn’t working. We look at the bill, realize it’s a full bill after all of that, and call our server over. Manager comes over says she’ll take off our drinks (not all of us even had drinks) and we give her our cards to pay. She forgets a card so I have to go give it to her. One card wasn’t working so I go to give her cash and let her know that I didn’t want to wait for another card to be put through so I was giving her this instead. She hands me a stack of receipts and EVERYONES CARDS and has me go back to the table. COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE. She then brought the change from the cash, set it on the table, and made a snarky remark about how she was almost done it was just a lot of cards. WORST manager I’ve ever seen and an absolutely terrible experience.
