Came here on a busy Sunday. A tall guy with dark curly hair was handling the majority of customers orders. He was exceptionally polite and well spoken. We had to wait a few min for our cinnamon pretzels to be ready and he was very professional and as accommodating as can be. I say this bc I work in customer service and I know how retail can be. I didn’t catch his name, but I hope youll figure out whoever was the tallest on the Sunday 3:30 front end shift and give that dude a bonus. He was def raised right

The worst auntie Annes location I've ever been to. I often auntie Annes wherever I see one I'm gonna stop and get some, except for this location it's maybe the 3rd time I've been to it. The 2nd visit should have been the last but I forgot until I was already there buying. This spot is all teenagers and I get it, it's the mall but the service and quality is literally terrible 0 unless they feel like taking a liking to you it's really up to how they're feeling. The last time I was there the pretzels were hard, stale and cold. I nicely asked if they could give me different ones they didn't have anymore, they said I'd have to wait they're cooking new ones I said that's ok I'm gonna be here a while I'll come back around later. The girl literally rolled her eyes and said ok. I said ok and did my walk when I came back like 10min later I could tell something was up this is me assuming but I highly believe they tampered with my pretzels as they gave it to me with a devious smile and they snickered and giggled amongst themselves as they watched me walk away. They looked terrible all smooshed in the cup. I did not take a chance just threw them out. This time again terrible service, not friendly, another teen, no hostility just sub par bad service. The pretzels again terrible, the top ones were fine but the middle where overly drenched in salted butter and semi raw just a mush mess. Never stopping at this auntie Annes again. Even walmart's location is better than this one.

Got three pretzels and a lemonade. Lemonade was extremely watered down and the pretzels seem to be getting smaller every visit. When paying $22 for three pretzels and a drink, I’d expect higher quality.

2 stars because the pretzel bites are big! I’ve never had it so big, doughy and dense! They were not good at all. Seems like they got lazy and didn’t want to cut them into smaller pieces

Order at 11:57 didn’t get my stuff til 12:23 no one changed there gloves everyone was playing on there phones not once did anyone put different gloves on they should get better you can make someone sick

There's no real value here anymore. The pretzels are too expensive. It's dough, it's not worth $5.00.

Whatever is on their pretzels did not agree with my system. I only had one plain, so I question whether it is the butter or butter substitute that was used.

I shop at the Deptford Mall every week. And I stop by this stand. My favorite is their lemonade. I almost always get one of these as I walk past.The staff is friendly and helpful. I always leave them a tip. As they deserve it.They have pretzels as well. But I stick to the lemonade. It's maybe the best I have ever had.Prices are very good.It's located on the first floor, it's very accessible.I highly recommend Auntie Anne's in the Deptford Mall.

Parking: The parking lot at the Deptford Mall is massive. It's well lit and the security patrol is present all of the time.

Kid-friendliness: The place is definitely kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: You have complete access. Automatic doors at the main entrances. Auntie Anne's is located on the first floor. If you want to go shopping afterwards there is a really nice elevator near the center of the Mall. All bathrooms are accessible. You won't have a problem here.

We both got the pretzel hot dog which appears to have been sitting in the case for awhile. Tasted ok but they should have offered to make fresh ones. Partly our fault we should have asked for fresh ones. But probably won't go back.
