Chick-fil-A is always great. In Deptford Mall, there is always a line. They probably have the smallest area in the food court but it's worth it. The employees are all great. Waffle fries could be hotter and crisper though!!

I love chik fil a but not this location. I work in the mall so I have given them multiple chances because it is convenient. Once, my salad made me feel sick. Then, I ordered chicken noodle soup and it was very spicy, as if they used leftover buffalo chicken in it. And my third and last time was last night ordering chicken tenders. I waited 10 mins at the counter and they were burnt, almost black. I brought them back and the manager said nothing to me. No apology, just handed me new ones (which were so rubbery I threw them out) I felt like that was very rude. I work in customer service and can’t imagine treating a customer that way. That place is expensive so I make sure to tell everyone not to waste their money at this specific chik fil a location.

Invested money into building two lanes. But during high hours they never use the two lanes. Instead there's still the traffic jam just like before they made their renovation. It almost seems like a silly way to waste your money. As a customer, It's frustrating sitting in a long line for no reason. Especially when at peak hours they have the infrastructure to do better
