Invested money into building two lanes. But during high hours they never use the two lanes. Instead there's still the traffic jam just like before they made their renovation. It almost seems like a silly way to waste your money. As a customer, It's frustrating sitting in a long line for no reason. Especially when at peak hours they have the infrastructure to do better

I want to thank cashier #2 Tay from depfort mall. She was amazing. She gave all details about iced coffee and even more offered remake it if it were too strong. I love coffee but fries unfortunately not that great anymore. Love grilled chicken sandwich.

The place is like the BEST place ever. I was in the JCPenney parking lot and as soon as I enter go on the elevator, go upstairs and my food was ready when I went to the pick-up section. It was literally less than one minute the food tastes amazing. 5 star restaurant. 4/27/24
