When I went to grab my order I placed online, the chicken was not fully cooked. When I get something that isn’t fully cooked, it’s a turnoff for me and I will never return there. I spent around $30 for my food. I reached out to speak to someone and a couple days later they finally reached back out to me. Her name was Barbara. She told me they couldn’t refund me for my money since it was placed with a credit card, which it wasn’t I used my debit card. All she did for me was place me on the guest just for a free sandwich or free nuggets the next time I came back. She said she doesn’t understand why it wasn’t fully cooked when they use timers for all the cooking. All I wanted was my money back for food I did not feel safe eating as I did not want to get sick. I will not be returning here as I don’t feel comfortable with the experience of the food. I’m so highly upset and frustrated and disappointed.

Came here with my granddaughter, because she wanted Chick-fil-A for lunch. Pulled up to get our food, but we was asked to go park and they we going to bring it to us. After sitting 20 minutes, my Granddaughter and I had to go in for her order. Which the girl replied, sorry I forgot about you. She didn't know where we parked, but she was the one who told me to park in the certain area.
Milkshake 10pc and waffle fries and two desserts.

Everything about this place is horrible. The parking lot was full which should have told me to go somewhere else. After I walked acrossed the drive through lanes with my 2 children to reach the door, we got inside where there was no line. Great. Get to order and I try to order 8 piece nugget half grilled half crunchy. I'm told they can't do that. Why? What's the difference? I though chick fil as whole thing was to make customer happy? Maybe that was McDonald's. So now I'm actually irritated. And we go to sit down and the dining room has zero open tables. Zero. One of them are being taken up by an employee just sitting on their phone, not eating. And the other has a laptop, paperwork and NO person. Like why couldn't they consolidate into one table? At least during the lunch rush. Idk. We just happened to stop here on our way home. But we won't be back. There was too many irritations for me, and plenty of chick fil as that are more accommodating to their customers.

Parking: Not enough spaces. A row of spaces are blocked so you can't park. If you do find a spot you have to traverse people driving in or out of the drive through.

Kid-friendliness: Too many tables taken up by employees hanging out.

Food is usually on time for delivery service just because they have a gluten-free bun does not mean that the food is gluten-free it can be cross-contaminated I do not recommend for anybody who has Celiac or any having a gluten intolerance

I am sad that I have to write this post. This is our family’s Chick fil A for the past 20 years. They are under new ownership and it’s terrible, especially the drive-thru they got the order correct 3x in the past 10 days the order is wrong They fix the order but I have never got a I am sorry. Even when the owner was staring there. I don't think he cares about the customer. He's all about $$$ Fix your drive thru isses. ASAP

Ordered Mac & Cheese for my son's birthday. He loves that stuff. Today this is what they gave us. On his Birthday!!!! It looks horrible. To say I'm furious would be an understatement. Whatever happened to quality and care when it comes to servicing patrons; continuous patrons. Won't be going back.
