Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili’s has certainly gone down hill. Was told the queso was back so we ordered it and it was not what we ordered. When we asked about it, serve stated oh well you wanted the other one then. That option was not presented to us. My kids ordered the chicken tenders and they looked awful and tasted even worse. Almost like they were undercooked. Server was god awful too. Dropped our food and drinks and just left. Never asked if we needed anything. We had to ask the bus boy twice to help us out.

Chili’s needs to step it up. Used to love this place

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MACEY 12/30/25

it was extremely busy and our party waited patiently for an hour for a table even though one of the many 16 year old hostesses told us it would only be 20 minutes. whatever, fine, kids make mistakes and that seems to be the only people running the place. we were finally sat and our server macey had the worst attitude and proceeded to give us the worst service we’ve ever had in a while. we were giving her the benefit of the doubt because almost everybody in my party including myself works in restaurants or the service industry. i manage a restaurant and i would never want somebody like her on my floor. before our food ever came out the restaurant started dying down considerably so we were hoping her service would get better but it did NOT. she was extremely condescending, rude, not attentive at all and kept trying to overcharge us for things thinking we wouldn’t notice. she ran cold food out to us which had to be sent back/remade and she messed up my other friends order. most of the things we asked for like ketchup/salt/napkins/refills were never brought out, we gave up. it will be a long time before any of us go back to that location i promise you that. serving isn’t for everyone babe

This place needs the health department to step on. The utensils and plates are dirty. During one visit they were still trying to serve customers without enough resources. While the wait staff is nice enough, I won't be going back because I want to remain healthy

There are so many food places around deptford I didn't consider Chili's. However, I've been a few times this year and its always been good. Plus, they have combination orders. It's always packed...

Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff and acting manager last night. Telling a child, who’s leg was in a full brace accompanied by crutches, that he was a “real inconvenience” to have in the restaurant because his leg didn’t fit completely in the booth is extremely not ok. No accommodations or offers to find a better table, as well as rejecting the child’s request for a chair for his leg to keep it elevated and out of the way. Also, servers should NEVER make snide comments about the items a customer is ordering to their faces. Extremely unpleasant environment.

This restaurant's thermostat is always set at Alaska temperatures, floors are sticky, bathroom sink and toilet edges are surrounded by mold throughout whatever caulk remains around them. (I pointed the mold out to a Manager about 2-3 years ago, but it appears the issue was never mitigated.) The front end seating staff are like Keystone Cops. Three, barely 20 somethings, take 5 or more minutes to find waiting customers a table, despite 20 tables being empty, in a half empty restaurant. Broccoli ALWAYS comes out with brown tips ( which will naturally occur, but take 15 seconds to cut off.) Guacamole is scooped into serving dishes by wait staff, and stirred up, to hide the browned decay of the avacados, which happens from the Guacamole sitting out at room temperature all day. I TRIED to like this place, giving it another chance after walking out a few years ago. Nothing has changed.

The food that I requested was super good and the service was phenomenal in Deptford NJ. Colby was our server and he was really busy but he kept making sure that we had everything that we needed in a timely manner. He was very good at serving us! The atmosphere was nice and the bathrooms were very clean. Wherever I go to dine the bathroom tells me everything I need to know about the restaurant so thank you! Get the fajita wraps! Delicious and freshly made!

The manager is unprofessional and lacks common courtesy. Won’t be back. Maybe hire people who can actually handle their managerial responsibilities … just a thought?

Horrible experience me and my family of 5 came into Chili’s we all ordered only two of my family members got they order my son and i sat at the table for 25mins without food 😡😡 Never will i return back to Chili’s they get zero stars from me
