The worst chipotle experience I’ve had.
Upon walking in we were the only ones in line. After a few minutes an employee came up to counter and said “What do you want?”… then continued to provide the worst service. They were incredibly rude and then rushed us through the entire order process while throwing food and items all over the place.
The counter was a mess from them just literally throwing everything in the bowls and this had clearly been like this for a while.
Our food was so messy on the outside from this as well.
Would not go back to this location again.

Very unprofessional and some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Server asked me “What you want?” and carried a careless/rude attitude from start to finish.

it’s 10:30, they don’t close till 11 and i went there in there and they said they’re “done for the night” nobody else was in there. should’ve locked the doors or something
I'm generally a big Chipotle fan. However, my recent experiences have completely soured me over the last bunch of months. Especially at the Deptford location (where I live).
When someone puts a half spoon of meat on my burrito and I ask for a little more, it's quickly followed by 'so you want extra meat' NO, I don't want to pay $4 for you to give me another half scoop of chicken. I just want the right amount!!
Maybe, I'm the crazy one, maybe that's the right amount for a burrito. I don't know exactly what their portion sizes are supposed to be. If that's the case I'm completely DONE with Chipotle. I can make a bowl of rice and beans at home. Deptford is the worst. Shame to lose my favorite takeout because they don't want to give you a fair amount of protein.

Walked in around noon on a Sunday. Not crowded but a steady stream of people, mostly takeout. There was no line and the workers were very fast. The food was good - I often find the barbacoa to have lots of unwelcome fat and this had none. My kids' quesadillas were fully cooked, which has not been true at a couple other Chipotles I have been to recently. The trash was taken out and the bathroom was clean.

Why is it always so dirty in there, like they had a food fight everywhere? Third time in there, third time filthy. Why is good all over the floor????

Food prices are high everywhere but one place I don't mind splurging is Chipotle in Deptford. Service is usually pretty good and food is great. I enjoyed a very delicious chicken and rice bowl, homemade chips and guacamole. Highly recommend

My server (Anastasia) was not welcoming in any way. In fact she was quite rude. Seems to have an attitude. I usually look past this stuff but this one left a bad impression of your staff. This place needs to understand that I’m paying my money and not begging anything. If the staff don’t want to work then they need to go somewhere else unemployed. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that the portions are so small.

I arrived at night and was immediately greeted by a young lady who asked, “What do you want?” in a noticeably aggressive tone. I brushed it off at first, but as she prepared my order, she gave me extremely small portions. I politely asked if she could add more, as the amount was clearly not reasonable. She did, but again with a noticeably rude and aggressive attitude.
At the end of the transaction, I still said “thank you” to be polite, but she handed me my change with the same unpleasant demeanor. Overall, not a good experience—felt like I was dealing with an annoyed teenager who didn’t want to be there. 1 star.

I use to love Chipotle & they’re all pretty disappointing now. The experience is super inconsistent from one store to another but even going to the same store. I’ve eaten at this location a few times & it’s either good or bad. All stores also need to quit skimping on the dressing. I know the dressing container is supposed to be half full (2oz I believe). Often I get 1, that’s not sufficient for my entire salad. Whoever cleaned & cut the lettuce didn’t care. The chicken is charred, & the whole salad is bitter & tastes like what a stink bug smells like 🤢 Nobody is interested in wasting money.

There was plenty of staff, but the store was filthy! It was empty as in no customers but the front of the house was inexcusable dirty.
