Trista was rude during my transaction and didn’t offer me a receipt I had to ask a manager for a reprint to get her name. Then the manager gives INCORRECT change back, check your change as if everything in there isn’t expensive enough.

Great place to bring kids, added kid playground 👍🏼 food offered, pricy and it's decent, nice game area, Chuck stayed available for kids which was a big difference, he use to be less visible, in my opinion. Staff and service, very good .polite, knowledge and supportive and friendly. Toys/gifts are a bit pricy as well to be so cheap, cheap quality. But grandkids love it, 2-6 yrs old.

Chuckie cheese in Deptford was an enjoyable time. The manager and staff were so friendly and attentive. The manager took time to help us figure out the most cost effective way to entertain the kids. We appreciated that. And the girl at the door definitely checked our hands to ensure we were leaving with the correct children. Good job!

Had my daughters 7th Birthday party here recently and it was an amazing experience! The manager, Ian, kept checking on us and helped us customize and put together the perfect package for our party. I haven't been here in many years and was pleasantly surprised at how they updated everything and freed up space by taking out the creepy animatronic stage show. Chuck E. Cheese still comes out to dance and play with the kids also. Food was good, we brought in our own cake, and the kids had a blast!

Deptford location is a breath of fresh air. It was clean and all the machines were working. The staff was professional and obviously loved what they do. The manager Ian is a true asset to the company and the experience was most definitely needed. Thank you chuck e cheese for all you do.
It was pretty fun but I wish there were more better prizes and some games stole my money lol. Plus when you look at Launch and Chuck.E Cheese you think that Chuck.E Cheese will be bigger but it’s not.

This place is a joke and if I could give it zero stars I would. My 4 year old daughter attending a party and was manhandled by a teen employee there. This same employee manhandled another autistic child as well. The manager was useless and did not even try to make anything right. His lack of empathy speaks volumes. Reported the event to the police.
