I always love a good Cinnabon and Deptford mall’s did not disappoint. The guy who was working there was great and took my and my family’s orders with a great attitude. The Cinnamon rolls were phenomenal and my cousins enjoyed the coffee drinks that they ordered.

Kid-friendliness: The mini bons are a good size for a child!

Not a good experience. i’ve only ever been coming to this location, never anywhere else. Had an issue redeeming my birthday offer because i signed up at this location in 2016 and every year i just show my email to the cashier and they give me the free cold brew— literally says IN the email to show it to a team member to redeem lol. Anyway.. the supervisor of that shift rushed my drink, i guess because she was annoyed just because i was trying to explain the issue and explain the fact that i have NEVER had the app or an account.. i signed up years ago with my phone number and email at this location & i don’t remember what that phone number was— AND they’ve never asked me to scan anything when i come to redeem this bday reward… until last year, which i ALSO explained.. i told the girl that i downloaded the app last year (2023) like the manager told me to, at this location.. and nothing came up or linked with the email that i’ve been getting offers to.. so even last year they still ended up having to manually put it through and giving me the drink (not through my account) Anyway, i guess she didn’t feel like saying or hearing anymore so she just said she would give me the drink (to try to satisfy me) which she didn’t have to do if she really couldn’t do it, i would have just said ok nevermind and walked away. I didn’t feel like dealing with the same app stuff from last year just for it not to work — like i told them. I’m a calm person, I wasn’t even angry nor did i have some crazy attitude lmao i genuinely was just trying to explain and understand how they are trying to tell me I need a phone number or app to redeem it when i’ve never had to use it in past years at this location lol. My point is, these gen z need to fix the attitude because it was never that serious. Learn how to just reject someone and say “yeah sorry this is the new way we do it so we can’t do it without the phone number” or “i know it didn’t work last year, but could you please try to download the app one more time to see if your birthday offer comes up and links to the account that you’ve been receiving offers to? if not i’ll just give it to you”— SIMPLE. it doesn’t take much. but these young kids nowadays have no manners, no social skills, and no customer service skills. There’s ALWAYS a way to handle situations, and assert yourself or policies. Trust me i’ve been in retail and have been dealing with people from all walks of life not only in retail but just in LIFE, and let me tell you the tone of your voice and language really changes the way someone receives and reacts to the information you’re saying, even if the outcome ISN’T in their favor…. well unless they’re one of those mentally ill psychopaths who make a scene no matter what and need to be locked away lmao. but yeah, i guess im just annoyed because i didn’t like feeling rushed and like i wasn’t being listened to, and the customer service just wasn’t up to par, and i could feel in her energy that she really didn’t feel like ‘dealing’ with anything outside of a ‘normal’ ordering customer. nor does have the customer service skills to do so, clearly. (im 27, so im assuming these people working here are kids like 18-21) but all of my experiences in stores nowadays with this generation of teens are like this only when i have a problem with something or try to explain anything. its like wow no manners, and you think that’s ok? this reflects management? wow. so i ended up still not being satisfied even though she gave me the drink because of the energy behind it, i could feel her annoyance and then just sitting my drink on the counter not handing it to me or even looking at me …it was just dismissive .. people can feel that. i could feel you didn’t give a f*ck and just didn’t feel like dealing with anything outside of the ‘norm’. not good. it’s especially not good because this wasn’t even anything serious & i’m not even one of those ‘can’t take no for an answer’ psychos. so the fact that you couldn’t handle this little situation with grace? not good. you have to do better than that. be better

I honestly thought that I wouldn’t like Cinnabon because of how sweet the things are, but surprisingly it wasn’t even that sweet. I ordered the cinnamon roll and I could not stop eating it. The place is pretty addicting so be careful!

Very very disappointed the young lady was sweeping and getting trash up and the trash can was near the counter and she was shaking the trash in the can and the icing bowl was right next to it not clean at all and she didn't have gloves on so I watched for a moment and then proceeded to the counter and told the other young lady they should move it it's right next to the trash and she s shaking it near food they didn't move it also she put the broom back and didn't wash her hands and continued to touch the food I didn't purchase any I walked away very upset ? u never know whose watching and ur working in a food business very very disappointed with the cinnamon company

Cinnabon doing what Cinnabon does best. Fresh, hot, and most importantly sugar packed pastries. Good pick for the food court.
