My order was sitting right in front of staff but she ignored me and kept talking to another staff I initially thought something was wrong with the order until she finished talking to the staff before she picked my order that was with her for a while and gave to me.

Yesterday I was going on a little trip so I decided to stop for a bagel and coffee with my little cousin. I ordered my stuff and then i was waiting, this older guy that was behind the counter was putting drinks by the drive thru window and he kept looking at me making me really uncomfortable looking me up and down and winking at me, I am 19 years old. I will never step foot in this dunkin ever again. Creep 🤨

Every time I order a refresher with green tea the refresher just tastes like green tea! Yall need to respect the book!! There are instructions on how to create the right drink, stop trying to save money filling up them cups with green tea! Smh

The parking lot is a bit tricky, definitely easier to get in and out during certain times of the day. They usually have everything you need but sometimes the staff seems like they are miserable at the world. I can’t imagine the job is easy, dealing with the public.

This place is a joke, 3rd time ordering from this location this year and every time the order was wrong. My mother is diabetic and even after confirming at the window that they both should have no sugar she said yes and shut they window quickly, and low and behold they both have sugar.They give you what they want and have no hospitality.

They say they have all options of payment yet they dont take cash. I cannot use my card for a $2 donut. Everything card payment is weird. Dont make the same mistake coming here. They are rude as well. They ignore you and have attitudes

Certain staff at this location just goofs off and hangs out. The only ones who actually work and do their job are Tyme and Kayla (sorry if the spelling is wrong.) I pull up to the mic and the person operating it is goofing off and laughing and doing the BARE minimum trying to help me with my order. Just for me to have to google THEIR menu online to help myself out. They should know the menu. I pull up to the window and the poor girl operating the window has to leave her post to make my drink because the 1pm shift is ending and no one wants to make my order. I felt bad for her. I felt bad in general. They’re all standing goofing off while she had to do all of their jobs. Ridiculous. This is what you get when you only hire family. The family slacks off and does whatever while actual employees pick up the slack. Tyme and Kayla deserve a raise!!!!!!

I mean you know, it's always a hit-and-miss. When you messing with it, drive through fast food places, sometimes you don't get what you asked for you don't know till you get to your destination.Uh, The only place has open twenty four hours around in my area i do feel as that they are getting very high in their prices. It's overpriced

This is by far the worst dunkin. I work at 4:00 AM everyday. This dunkin location is the only one open 24 hours near me. Today was it for me. I placed a mobile order, when I pulled up to let them know I was there no answer. I waited a good three minutes when I saw looked like a receipt paper that said they were going to reopen at 3:30AM. I could not wait since my job is 30 mins away. Kindly took my money with no way of getting my money back. Next time shut the mobile order option off, before your staff closes the store.

I'm tired of the same thing happening i just left there and I'm mad this the third time I ask for something and they can't seem to get it right if I ask for a avocado toast with bacon on it why are you not putting the bacon on it? This is the third time why is it so hard to understand
