Coffee good (midnight dark roast), service just ok. Take a cue from some other places, and if the customer just orders a straight coffee, don't make them wait behind all the speciality drinks...just have the cashier turn around, pour the coffee and let me be on my way.

I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me a latte so I asked them to remake it and they gave me the worst attitude and said a cappuccino and a latte are the exact same thing. They remade it and it still tastes like a latte but they clearly just added more foamed milk onto my original drink

Placed a mobile order today for the first time and I made the mistake of sending it to the wrong address in Sewell.. I intended for it to go to a Dunkin down the street but whatever.. I sent my husband to get the order and he contacted me and said someone stole the order.. He let the associates know the order was missing apparently someone stole the food and left the coffee but I’d already paid for it.. Well the lady there yelled at my husband saying “Well why would you wait so long to pick the order up”? Excuse me? How do u disregard everything else and make it a paying customers fault that they were inconvenienced? Yeah long story short NEVER AGAIN I don’t know who this woman thought she was talking to with an attitude but she got the right one!!! My husband and I work too damn hard and food is WAY TOO expensive for someone to speak to us like we are kids.. Maybe next time pay attention to who picks up the mobile orders Genius!!! Train your staff in customer service firstly and then maybe there wouldn’t be people stealing!!! Go down the street to the Dunkin near the Sewell ShopRite never had a problem there and food comes out fast these people at this location are ignorant and unprofessional ?

I was at Deptford Dunkin today I wanted to order a hot mocha coffee and Dunkin did my order wrong Dunkin did not give me any mocha as I asked for as I was ordering my food my mom started lying about me wouldn’t let me talk and I also wanted to add in a glazed chocolate donut to the order and sales associate wouldn’t add it to the order I hate this Dunkin. My order is messed up then I received a medium hot coffee with no flavoring and cream and stevia and I am angry customer of Dunkin. This place needs to shut down immediately. I will become a WAWA, Heritages or Starbucks customer for coffee and breakfast products. I will order my Dunkin products at Egg Harbor City or Mays Landing Dunkin. I would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone. If you go to Deptford Dunkin try the ones on Hurffville Rd or Delsea Drive they give you better service the staff their don’t mess your order up don’t cheat you out your money. Then the sales associate who was completing the payment took additional $5.94 and took advantage of my mom made the bill $15 and change.

Pretty nice place but i wouldnt recommend coming here if you're in a hurry. They tend to take their time. Also, where it's positioned, It's like a 5 points road so it's tough to get out. I had to pull out as far as I could and pushed the gas with my fingers crossed.
This a a wonderful DD They always have nice people working there They are well stocked and if they don’t have something they will go out of there way to accommodate you…I have been hooked up w free munchkins and donuts quite a few times ?????
