An Italian outpost with all the usual suspects. Lots of red sauce, big portions. Dining rooms can get kind of noisy when the restaurant is full, which is always. Food is good if not great.
Went to Filomena Lakeside for a luncheon after a funeral. Circumstances aside, the place is clean and homey. The staff were courteous, pleasant, and timely. The only small thing is that the space between two large parties was only separated by a curtain, and the other room was a bit loud. We were trying to share memories about the deceased to the group, and had trouble hearing over the adjacent party.
