We ordered (3) grilled cheese with a patty one each , (2) veggie sandwiches, fried and drinks. Food was excellent., hot and fresh. Ordered to our liking. Wait time was ok. Clean ,calm environment .

Horrible experience all around. Waited a few minutes for our order to be taken even though there was no wait and only one other customer in the restaurant. Got home with our food and not only were the burger toppings completely wrong, but the cheeseburger had NO BURGER. How does that even happen?!?!
To top off this experience, I called and talked to the manager who said I could come in for a new burger or a refund. I live 20 minutes away and shouldn’t have to drive back to the store for a refund for their error. Absolutely unacceptable and will not be returning to Five Guys (after I get my refund, I guess 🙄)
