very upset with my experience tonight. ordered friendly on doordash i love the food and usually it’s great but tonight was not. i ordered a chicken wrap with no honey mustard because i cannot eat it. i call the store before i even placed the order and asked if they could accommodate ranch on the wrap for a substitution. the girl said yeah very dismissive and then hung up very fast. i almost felt like a bother? and then my wrap come of course with no ranch. i’m just disappointed really. love friendlys but can yall act like it please.
Everything here has always been great. But today my waitress Brie (or Bree, Bri I'm bad with name spellings) absolutely made my day with excellent service and told me I'm doing a great job as a Mom 🥹❤️ I really needed to hear that today!! Thank you so much. I hope to get her as a waitress again. Lovely experience.
