Very disappointing to see how far Friendly's has fallen over the years. The restaurant had an unpleasant odor, and the furniture and carpet were clearly quite worn. The food was alright but the wait staff was really poor. I brought a younger family member for her birthday and asked if they could sing for her when they brought out dessert. They came back 10 minutes later to tell me there weren't enough people on staff to sing. I would have been happy with even a single waitress...read full review
We always use the, "Let's go to Friendly's" every time there is something to "celebrate" no matter how trivial. The ice cream is always great. I get the medium size. The small is just too small. The food is average, but a good choice is always the Honey BBQ Chicken Supermelt.

This is clearly an older Friendly's and it shows. A little update on the inside would be great as the dinning area now seems a little dim. The waitresses were great, very attentive and kind. The food was okay. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak wrap and it was on the greasy side and under seasoned.
