I've only been here once and I had no issues. They lady was nice and the drink was good but recently I went there and they were closed even though the website says they're open. I called the next day and still no answer. I don't know what's going on but I was disappointed that they haven't been open.

The service was horrible... The woman could care less. When we walked in the monitors were off and it smelt like cleaning supplies. They wouldn't do hot and when given our drink were completely wrong. Mine didn't even have ice in it. She forgot the pearls too. Never coming to this location again

When I ordered my bubble teas on Saturday, November 9th at 6:30pm. First, I tried to contact the landline to the phone number that was given to me online but it kept going to voicemail. Secondly, when I ordered 4 Brown Sugar Milk Tea with tapioca, the lady told me we don't have enough tapioca to serve you because we are about to close. I told her the store hours, it closed at 9:00pm and you should have enough tapioca to give out to the customer service. However, the lady was being incorporated and did not seem to care about checking if she has extra tapioca toppings in the fridge. I was completely upset that I had to pay an overpriced price for these drinks due to not having enough tapioca. Furthermore, I would not recommend going to this location due to their store hours are different from online. Also, they do not have enough supplies to give out to the customers. I was completely upset that the lady was being unprofessional and did not seem to care about checking at the back that they have enough tapioca in stock. I ordered 4 Brown Sugar Milk Tea, 2 3J's Milk Tea, and 2 Taro Slushes and the total cost was $48.00.

I placed a mobile order at 6:17pm on the Gong Cha mobile application. The store was listed as being open until 9:00pm on the app. I arrived to the store before 6:30pm. The store was closed with the lights off and a sign out front that said Monday’s hours are till 7pm. I paid for my order online and received no indication that the store wasn’t open.
If the people that are currently employed there do not want to work, I am sure that Gong Cha can find others that DO.

I love gongcha, but I can’t recommend this location. The hours are incredibly inaccurate. I showed up Friday afternoon and it was closed. Other times the service has just been slow, not speedy like other locations.

Was great until my drink took 5 mins and my friends order took 40 mins to make waffles and they have no ice cream for the ice cream and waffle menu. How do you advertise ice cream and waffles and have no ice cream? Then take 40 mins to make a waffle .
