My first visit here and I could say this is a definition of a hidden gem, food is fresh with excellent customer service. My only suggestion would be, create a more unique playlist to set the mood. Although, I did go during lunch hours which is a little bit slower .

Went there for daughters birthday..WORST MEAL EVER.. I had sirloin steak that was so tough the steak knife barely cut it..my daughter and son in law got lobster tails...weren't cooked correctly and said it tasted funny...there on a Sunday at dinner time and hardly nobody there...I SEE WHY...WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...THE PRICES PD FOR THE HORRIBLE FOOD...$250 bill..what a waste of money

Way over priced and the food wasn't fresh I really believed they took it from a dish that people left and didn't discard it and gave to me warm up bit stuff was missing from my entree still remember it and charged me for a glass mug extra it supposed to be free with limited drinks

The staff is always so warm and welcoming and the food is delicious. The prices are a bit much but seafood is expensive right now so I understand. I went on a date and the bill was over $100 but I did have a good time. Fresh seafood and fun atmosphere.

Now I have to admit I love the interior of the place. I’ve been there before and it felt like a good restaurant. Yesterday I went back and all I gotta say is a couple of things need to be changed. One is costumer service. When I was there no waiter had an organized uniform, for instance when I went to Preps Pizza on the boardwalk everyone was in uniform and it’s a smaller place. Another thing is that the waitresses acted like a bunch of five year olds when it was my birthday. One enspecially was a jerk I didn’t get her name. Lastly the food was at first good until I got home, there I threw up 4 times and got food poisoning form the crab I got
Came in tonight per my 4 year old daughter's decision due to the 'fishies'. Was our first visit and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our server was George, he was personable, kept our table clear, and overall was such a delight! He had great recommendations including the crab and shrimp dip. He even had our take home glass rinsed out for us to take home! This restaurant has a keeper. If you stop in I recommend George!!

***HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND*** Legit the MOST ***UNSEASONED*** crab bucket EVER!!! It's like you fished it straight out the ocean yourself to your plate (and they seem to think bc it's seafood that that is exceptable)!!! We TRIED our best to endure the blandness of this platter but def couldn't. The salmon is HIGHLY SALTED!!!! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! WASTE OF MONEY TO SAY THE LEAST FOR WHAT IT COST!!! Management (BOW Assistant manager) was EXTREMELY RUDE and stated in front of my child "I don't know what I did wrong" I replied nothing. He then said I should acknowledge his apology instead of standing there quiet!!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG W YOUR STAFF!!!??? Your waiter seemed to be pushed off every time he had to deal w it. HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO ACTUALLY COOK ***AND*** SEASON SEAFOOD and can actually speak w respect to your PAYING costumers!!! Instead of constantly explaining that corperate changed the way things are cooked.

Came for my wife's birthday. Our waitress was amazing. Wasn't crowded so we felt spoiled ? with the 5 star service we received. Waitress was very attentive to our needs. Everything we had was good. Didn't mean to make the waitress cry but she truly deserved the tip she received.

Everything was great and as expected, but then my entree came out in a plastic bag. If Im spending $50 on a meal, i expect the presentation to be done well. At least put it in a bucket like you are known for. I was very disappointed and slightly disgusted when I saw my crab come out in a clear plastic bag.
