Johnny Longhots, NY Pizza & Philly Steaks

The food, service, and atmosphere are excellent. I highly recommend eating here. The prices are equally as good.

until today i’ve never tried johnny long hots - i walked in for a quick bite since the mall was so packed & boy im glad i did , the register girl (“sabrina” my slip says ) was an absolute pleasure , was very patient as i didn’t know what i was ordering . when my food was done she brought it all the way around the counter to me , some service !!!! the chicken nuggets are so crispy and good & the french fries are perfect , don’t get me started on the steak sandwich . the food was great but the service is definitely what will bring me back !

I’ve had JLH from a different location and the pizza was amazing. So I decided to order from there from around where I live in Deptford (Delivery.) I was so Disappointed when the Grandmothers Pizza didn’t taste the same. It tasted like it sat out for hours, not fresh, the crust was SUPER HARD and we couldn’t even bite through it and the crust is the best part in my opinion. It also tasted reheated. The pizza had little holes op top of the sauce as if pepperonis were on it previously and they may have just picked them off. It was odd. We ordered a plain Gmothers pizza. We also ordered 20 wings that were just okay, nothing special, alittle soggy and had a lot of chewy pieces. I love wings and only had two bc I just didn’t enjoy it. Super sad we waisted 60$ on pizza and wings.

Now I am on a Sicilian with shredded sausage and crispy pepperoni kick. Once a week from here. I eat the whole put in 3 days. The mozzarella is stringy and the pizza has the right chew to it. Crunchy pepperoni. I crave it.. going on 2 months. Once a week. Must have.

I ordered a pizza steak and my son ordered a regular cheesesteak and it was the most disgusting sandwich I ever had both meats in the sandwich was sooooo full of gristle and threw 3/4 of the sandwich. Never again. They put the most cheapest meat they can get and overcharge too. Never ever again

Places like this where you can stop in for a comfy, reasonable dinner with kids don’t exist anymore. We stopped in before the movies. Pizza was great and staff were very friendly!

I live less then a mile away. Love the cheese steak. Best roll east of philly. If you know cheese steaks you know how important that is. Everything is amazing. My girl gets a fried fish sandwich, and even that is amazing. Pizza is always spot on. Great food.

Just started eating in once in a while after the new owners took over.

I have to say they are super friendly and say hi immediately as you walk in.

Owners go out of their way to be super pleasant and have given my kids cookies for free each time we’ve been here

The worst hoagies ever! The rollers stale and not cut correctly, the meat was sliced very thick, not enough seasoning, hardly any lettuce, onions slice thick and to top it off it wasn’t put together right!!! The cheese steak meat was sliced thick smh. Never again!

Save your time and money, it’s a chain. Taste just like a chain. And not a good one. Easily the worst Chicken Parm I ever attempted to eat. Had to throw it away was so bad. Frozen patties despite what the menu says. Those flat perfect rectangular patties with the rounded corners that look like mozzarella sticks. Horrible! Even worse the role was stale. 12noon and they’re serving up stale bread. Chicken Parm is as easy as it gets. Through three quarters of the sandwich away.

Had a slice of BBQ chicken pizza and Mac and cheese bites. Didn't have a lot of flavor. The batter for the bites was sweet, Mac and cheese was bland kraft.
