I normally don't post bad reviews, but the customer service was so poor I had to say something. I walked in and stood in the spot they have labeled for ordering, I was the only person in the place and there were 3 people working at the front counter. The lady kept answering the phone and taking orders with me standing in front of her face, the guy making the food was just standing by the oven looking at me occasionally, and the last guy was on his cell phone he looked at me walked away. Not one person said "I will be with you in a minute", so after 5 minutes of me standing there and no one acknowledging me, I just walk out and will never be back.

The food is really good. The only bad thing I have to say is about their delivery. A steak sandwich, by itself, is $23.50? Are you #@!$%& nuts? Needless to say, I didn't order it at that price and chose to order elsewhere that was almost $10 cheaper.I'll break down your prices...Any Steak Sandwich - $16Tax - $1.25Support Local Fee - $.80Delivery Fee - $3.00Tip - $3.00Total = $21-$24 (depending on tip amount)I'll never order from here again. This is why your cheesesteak was $23.50, but you don't think there's anything wrong with your prices, right?

My family and I ate here for lunch. There was a great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We will definitely come back again.

Ordered a meatball sub…..literally missing one meatball in the sub roll ….like it wasn’t put in or it rolled out!! Also No melted cheese. It was a meatball parmigiana . If I could upload the picture I took I would! Check your order BEFORE you leave .

Ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese. Flavor was good but this was the skimpiest sandwich I've ever gotten. When we asked the kitchen if this was the normal about of meat they said yes. It was our first time here and we won't be back.
