I don’t understand how this place doesn’t offer military discount? The whole theme is “serving those who served” I spent 75 dollars for my family and I to eat and was told no military discount that they give out stuff for free but I received nothing not a thank you for your service or anything. Brisket portion is pretty small. It’s actually really expensive and I don’t know if it’s worth it. Really weird place to celebrate military and not offer a military discount. Anyway.. 75 dollars later I just hope everyone is full after eating.

I'm from Nashville so finding good southern food nearby isn't easy. But I had to come here to comment on those damn collard greens they serve. Ewwww weeeeee. Smack yo momma kinda collard greens. I love them so much. It gets a southern girls stamp of approval.

Food poisoning alert - establishment warning
I had Salmon, green beans, cornbread here on February 11, 2026 at 6:30PM and by 10:30PM I was experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. Dizziness, dry mouth, and then vomiting.
It is now 7:19 AM on February 12 and I just got out of being in the hospital for the night having my stomach pumped.
I would not recommend eating at this establishment. They clearly do not care about the public health.
They will be hearing from my lawyer.

Imagine getting embarrassed on your birthday over free coupon and having an employee take your phone was absolutely ridiculous. I will not visit this location again. I’ve never had a person take my phone away from me and walk away with it to prove a couple that was valid .

My experience at this establishment was exceptional from start to finish. Upon approaching the counter, we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and Sean, who took my order, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu, as it was our first visit. Having never tried the brisket before, they kindly offered us samples of both moist and dry brisket. I found the moist brisket to be particularly enjoyable. The manager's exceptional hospitality has ensured that I will likely return.

We Love, Love, Love our Mission BBQ! Unfortunately, this was the worst one we have been to. I ordered extra lean beef brisket, and when it came it was very fatty, and it was like a pile of fatty mush. Whe I normally get it at the other M-BBQ restaurants it looks like sliced beef. Also, it's the first time we got chewy turkey breast.
