Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and family (party of 5) went there for a family dinner got there was waiting for a table to be ready two of the host kept skipping over us and was sitting bigger families of 5 and 6 to tables, when we finally ask when was going to be seated since we be been waiting for a hour both host got attitudes and started calling us name under their breath, when we finally got a table they put us at a dirty table in the back and was rude and racist and disgusting to my whole family when we ask to get a different table. We left and went to Applebees. I will never go back to this Olive Garden worst experience. If you are of color I suggest to not go to this Olive Garden. If you never experience this from this Olive Garden I am glad for you but beware of the host of this place especially their rude and disgusting tendencies

Food is good and service is great most of the time. Music is always so loud. We have to talk loudly over the table to hear each other. I have to repaleat everything the server says to my mom as she can never hear them. In the bathroom it's so loud it's like we in the club. Why do restraunts think such loud music is enjoyable.

We stopped at this Olive Garden on the last leg of our road trip. Our food was good as always, but the service left something to be desired. While our waitress was friendly, she unfortunately forgot to bring our waters until halfway through the meal, and very rarely stopped by our table (which was disappointing since M ordered the Unlimited Soup, Salad, & Breadsticks - which should involve frequent refills!). A disappointing visit to this Olive Garden!

My boss and I order lunch here every now and then. Truly can’t beat the soup and salad lunch. For two we spend less than $20 and always appreciate the kind, and quick service by the Deptford Olive Garden team. Thanks!

7.10.25 My friend and I had the pleasure of dining at the Deptford Olive Garden for the first time in a great while.We were greeted warmly at the door and escorted to our seats quickly. We couldn't wait to have the garlic bread and salad to say the least! Our server was Kayla, and she couldn't have been anymore friendlier and accommodating with our service. Very patient while we looked over the menu. My dinner companion chose the Ravioli which he raved about and I selected the Chicken Margherita which was splendid and enough for dinner today. Kayla invited us back which we will definitely do soon. Thank you to all who made this dinner an amazing experience.

I was in this establishment with a friend. We were sat and waited about 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table to assist. We later learned through hearing a waitress tell another table that the system was down. However, no one ever came to tell us about the system being down. Also, the people that were at the table where we overheard had just been sat while my friend and I had been there for the previous 15 minutes. I was very disappointed with the service and I DONT know if I will return to this establishment. The most NEGATIVE encounter I’ve had at a restaurant in a VERY long time. Shaking my head.

Very disappointed in my experience today took my son out on a date.. my server Jillian, I feel like she didn’t really wanna be bothered with me and my kid. I was never asked if I wanted another soup. I was never asked if I wanted a refill. I had to ask her for more breadsticks.. I feel like her other tables she was treating them so much different than me and my son. I heard that her asking them if they needed anything else such as refill or more soup .. I just don’t understand how you can treat someone a certain type of way when I was nothing but kind to her. I spent $50 and I don’t appreciate the way I was treated today. I watched all the other servers that were working in the same area as her refilling cups without even asking their customers that’s what a server does bringing out breadsticks when they see that they’re down to the last one a little girl was eating a bowl of soup and she was nowhere near done in the server that she had asked her if she wanted another soup and she said let me see how I feel when I’m done this one.. I always tell people if you don’t like your job. Find a new one really disappointed
