My family tried to go out to lunch for our 4 yr wedding anniversary with our 2 small children our 3 yr old is on the spectrum and sometimes eating out doesn’t work out for us this was one of those days the staff was very accommodating and understanding we were not able to stay as we had to help our son who was getting overstimulated we attempted different seating to see if that would help our son it didn’t so we left the staff was very kind to give our son his soda to help him feel betterThank you for being amazing decent humans it matters

Our experience with staff was very positive. From hosts to server the service was excellent.The breadsticks & salad were good.The cocktail menu was good.The three stars is for how streamlined & skimpy the menu choices are these days. There’s not alot to choose from. No sides other than pasta. Entrees are very limited & the price very inflated for portion size. Long gone are the days you got a mint with the check.

We visited the Deptford location last night. They were busy however this did not effect our visit at all. We were quickly greeted by our server MK. She was so friendly and fast. She went over the top to make sure we had a great experience. We will be back and will certainly request MK as our server.

Had an awful experience at this restaurant yesterday evening 03/09/24 long waiting with fam 20min trn into 40min after I told them I was going to leave cuz they kept skipping us like we weren't there sitting waiting then at that point they gave us a barely clean table still wet ,pieces of food particles on floor around table area disgusting,the menuhad noodles stuck to a few of them , pasta we order was drye really awful experience I will never return back to olive garden I been to almost all restaurant in my area this one is the worse for us bad experience also bathrooms where dirty

This was the best experience I’ve had at an Olive Garden. We went for dinner 3/8/24 around 530-6pm. There was only a 10 minute wait. Our server greeted us very quickly. The food was good. Service was professional. The manager even came to our table to check on us. We asked for to go containers and the server boxed the leftover for us right at our table! Very impressed. This location seems to be well managed. As a former server I appreciate this quality of service.

Our ladies group came in this past Tuesday for our monthly lunch. We kindly asked the hostess if we could be put in Andrews section, an excellent server we really like. We were told no, that it would be a 40 min wait so we agreed to another section. Now mind you the place just opened and a 40 min wait? Andrew saw us and moved us into his section because he always takes care of us. It was not busy and there was no 40 min wait. He is an excellent worker! Did not appreciate the hostess telling us that.Parking: No issues parking if you get there early.

After being the first group of 3 to request a table, we were given a 5 to 10 minute wait. the hosts then proceeded to give two groups of 3 and a group of 5 before us, despite them being on the list after our group. When we questioned the host on why they were sat before us, the hosts had no answer for us. Very unprofessional, and this is coming from a restaurant worker.

We went for a late lunch. The waitress MARIA was nice enough BUT was distracted by her family members her Aunt and Cousin who apparently surprised her. She spent much too much time visiting with them and ignoring her customers. A quick conversation is one thing but we spent so much much time waiting for our food and drinks. She apologized a few times so she knew she was neglecting us. She did give us extra soup and bread sticks to take home at no charge but we would have prefered better service. To top it off, we were overcharged and that took more time to correct. Its a good thing i checked the bill carefully.
