Service was horrible, the bartender was extremely overworked dealing with the bar and some tables. We had to ask for a drink 2 times before we got it. Then witnessed a waiter/bartender get 6 dirty glasses and JUST RINSE them under running water and use them again i wouldn't have another drink in there again. Very disappointed in the service at Outback in deptford!!!

This did not disappoint! I like my food hot ! And it was nice and hot ! Service was great. She kept our drinks filled. I didn't like my potato soup only because I don't like black pepper. So she brought me a salad instead.

This place has gone downhill. Had a bloomin' onion tasted rancid. Even the bread and butter wasn't good. I'm done with the whole chain. It seems it's had its day in the sun.🤢

my friends and i came in an hour before close tonight (we couldn't pick a place for my friend's bday dinner haha) and the service was amazing. i believe our server's name was garrett and he went above and beyond for everyone. he was incredibly sweet and attentive and the vibes were very nice. everything was outstanding and we will absolutely be returning for the baked potato soup

We visited the Deptford New Jersey outback restaurant yesterday to celebrate my mother-in-love’s 85th birthday. We treated her, both my parents, our niece and nephew to dinner. My husband makes an awesome steak so the only thing I like at outback steakhouse is the prime rib. Outback recently made the poor decision to only serve prime rib on the weekends. I had been trying to get prime rib at various outback locations for over four weeks, and I generally leave once I confirm they don’t have it. As a result, when making our reservation, we asked if they had prime rib and were told they did. Once we arrived and just before we being seated, we also asked the host and she replied yes as well. However, by the time the waiter finally came to take our order he informed us that they had just run out of prime rib. Since outback only offers prime rib on the weekend, you think that you would make sure you have enough to get through the dinner hours. I was extremely disappointed, and only stayed because of the others who were dining with us (three of which are in their 80s and have less mobility). Please note Longhorn discontinued prime rib over a year ago, and I have not returned there since. I thought outback would have taken advantage of that opportunity since they are now one of the few restaurants offering prime rib, instead of consistently disappointing their customers.

I ask that you please continue having prime rib and also make sure that you have enough to get through your dinner hours. Thanks in advance.

It took forever for food to come out. My husband ordered a med well steak. Came out way overdone with no flavor!! We will not be back to this location.

I took my kids here (7,6, and 5) today 7-14-25 at around 7p. Our waitress was Lindsay. She was great. Food was correct, service was good and they treated my kids very nicely. Treating my kids well will have me sold every time. On Monday, it’s free kids meal with a purchase of an adult entree. A good deal! Nothing was rushed. Steaks were well cooked. (My kids only eat medium rare and they ate it all.) they daughter loved her grilled chicken. Thanks again for the hospitality!!!
