Our waitress was great! The hostess was terrible! Looked like she rolled out of bed. Hair not brushed or combed. No smile or happy new year when we walked in. Very very miserable person. Outback Steakhouse is the only place that can satisfy my craving for that amazing Bloomin Onion. Our server, Joe, was fantastic. He was also mixing drinks behind the bar and recommended a delicious blueberry lavender cocktail when I asked for a suggestion. Both the service and food were exceptional at this location.

We came in today at 3pm. I ordered a blooming burger. It was cooked wrong. Joe the server took extra good care of me. Making sure the next burger was made excellent. He went above and beyond. Manager Jeremy apologized for what happened. Then came back to make sure my burger was cooked right. Big shout out to both. We will be back.
