I came here over the summer and ordered the shareable boneless wings. Amazing. Plenty of wings to go around and great tasting. I went there yesterday afternoon and ordered the shareable boneless wings and while they were still delicious, it wasn’t a very “shareable” sized platter. I also ordered the “og burger” which was very good. Poor service though, and that’s every time I go there. I was there at 1pm. Not very many people were there and I didn’t get checked on once during my meal. All in all good tasting food poor service and over priced. I order one appetizer being the ten “sharable” boneless wings a burger a turkey bowl and two waters. Came in just under $60.

I recently visited PJ Whelihan’s and was shocked to see that my server added an extra $10 tip to my bill without my authorization. When I spoke with the manager, Dave, his response was very dismissive. All he said was to “give it a few days” for the charge to correct itself.
I explained that what happened was stealing and that it caused an overdraft fee on my account because I wasn’t expecting the extra charge. His only response was that in the year they’ve been open, it’s only happened twice and that the employee has been with the company for six years… as if that excused it.
There was no apology or effort to make the situation right. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I hope management takes accountability and ensures this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

We recently had Chloe as our server last week and what I wonderful person she is. Not only did we not have to ask for anything as she was always coming to our table to see if we needed anything, she was so friendly and welcoming. We have been to your location many times and have enjoyed wonderful service but she is one of your best!!! You should be proud to have her on your staff!!!

Absolutely love this location! Staff is great, food is fresh, and atmosphere is relaxed, but still fun. Lots of big tv’s. And they will change a channel for you if you ask!
